I have a common shoe size. So, there are not many shoes in my size at DSW. I found a pair of Asics that had clearly been worn, but they were the only ones in my size. The soles were brown and not new, and the tags were detached and thrown in the shoe. I asked to discount the price, but I was going to buy them anyway. I was AMAZED when the manager said that the soles were brown and worn because they had dark carpeting in the store. She swore that it happens all the time and that the shoes had not been worn. I checked about 50 other shoes, but none of them had the dark carpet wear on the soles. I dont mind returning shoes that have not been compromised, but making up a lie about carpet color coming off on shoes is absolutely ridiculous.

DONT BUY SHOES FROM DSW. I had brought a pair of Deer Stag Black Mens Oxfords dress shoes. After just 5 months of wearing, the left shoe was coming off inside the shoe area. I have probably bought 6 pairs of the same shoes and have never had a problem. The clerk was sympathetic but the store manager was not at all. I told her that I was not looking for a free pair of shoes but possibly a discount of $20.00 on a new pair. She says she has no authority to do that!! Really!!!!! Wow, asked for and got her bosses business card. Terrible customer service. I could buy these same shoes at Famous Footwear or Kohls.

I have lived in Chandler AZ 2 years and only discovered this great shoe store yesterday! Ill be a fan from here out! So many fabulous shoes! I was there less than an hour, bought 3 pairs of shoes and had to leave or I would have kept buying!!! Designer, quality shoes, so much to choose from!!!! I saw the handbag area and while tempted, I didnt look as Im sure Id find something I HAD to have. One stop shopping for any type shoe youre looking for!

If I need a new pair of shoes... I will travel the 30 minutes it takes me to get to this location. GREAT shoes, even better clearances... friendly staff, nice clean store and fast lines. Really, there isnt much more I could ask for but I would love to see the prices lowered on the non-clearance items just a smidgen. :)

I bought two pair of hiking shoes here, which I cant find anywhere else. They even order one from other store in the valley and notify me to pick up. Friendly staff and convenient location near the mall.

Super shoe store. Become a DSW member and buy shoes. The more you buy, the more coupons you get in the mail to purchase more shoes. New shoes come in every season.

I like the large shoe selections. Sometimes you can get a good deal on a pair of shoes on some of their Store Wide Sales. Employees are very helpful.
