Went to the Book store today like a thousand times before. Its crazy these days how far you have to drive, as one by one they shut down. Ive got a bad habit of always getting a Starbucks before I start to browse and this is where I had a One Star experience. Initially they gave me the wrong drink, which I exchanged and was given a Latte that was just slightly above room temperature. At 5 dollars a shot I was a bit disappointed. I gave the server his Latte back and told him I didnt want another. He didnt have a problem with that and said "OK". I spoke with his manager and he came up with "OK". They were serving one other customer-not that busy. Their attitude was this is my problem not theirs. They did not care. In a struggling business you would think customer service is paramount, and I dont mean kissing a customers hind end. For once I was able to get out of the store without spending money. In fact, in the future the amount of money I save on gas, Starbucks, and in store purchases will allow me to make a lot more purchases online-At AMAZON.

Overpriced and poorly laid out. I went to get a Zelda book and the new illustrated Harry Potter book, $40 each vs $20 each on amazon. Have to sign up for paid program to use a single item only 25% off coupon. Starbucks is a joke inside, you can go across the street (less than 50 meters) and pay less for Starbucks and just order the stuff on amazon with free same day delivery. I am amazed that this store is still in business and people are stupid enough to pay the prices they have.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble in Gilbert. Their selection seems to be better than the one in the Santan Village--though that one is more flashy--and I really enjoy the small feel. Im a book fanatic; so much so, my second date with my fiancé was at Barnesd and Noble because he figured out very quick that Im a bibliomaniac. I really love it here!

I frequent this barnes and noble only because its a quarter mile from my house. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The employees are rude, belittling, and un compassionate to each and every customer. I have had this experience multiple times. Dont go here if you need help from an employee. (except the cafe girls).

Amazing place to get all sorts of media: books, vinyl records, arts and crafts, dvds, toys, fandom merchandise, etc. Has more than youll ever need. Also has in-store café. Situated next to many other great restaurants and businesses in the stylish Dana Park.

Was here looking at books and when I was in the parking lot a security guard approached me and asked me to play pokemon go elsewhere....uh ok Im looking for a book on horticulture but cool bro. They hired a security guard to get rid of customers. Smart

Dana park Barnes and Nobles is one of my favourite places to visit and go to. Its books and aisles are always well kept and everything is where it should be. The people on the floor are knowledge and very friendly as well.

Stupid book was supposed to be in stock according to the website. Customer service just offered to sell me an alternative that i already had, and did not need. Overpriced crap, buy on Amazon. Avoid this store!
