This small, independent coffee shop was a nice little find on my way back from Las Vegas to Phoenix. I met the owner and enjoyed talking with her for almost an hour--very interesting person and free-thinker. I bought a cup of Peruvian while there and some delicious peach cupcakes. I took home a lb. of the New Guinea medium roast as an experiment. (Id never tried coffee from that part of the world before.) I think, in hindsight, I mightve preferred the dark roast. I opted for the medium, instead, because most people dont get the roasting right and end up with a dark roast akin to that detestable burnt-tasting Starbucks tar. (Come on, folks, admit it. Even McDonalds does a better job than Starbucks.) My only complaint--hence, the four- vs. five-star rating--was that the seating couldve been more comfortable and arranged more invitingly. Im willing to bet anyone in the previous posts who found the staff to be lacking lacked themselves in some maturity. This is not a trendy hot-spot for narcissistic mellinnials to hang out, be seen, and socialize loudly across the room with bothering to take out their earbuds. Its just a bare-bones independent coffee shop with a cool-looking roaster off to one side where the old banks vault mustve once been.

My husband and I stopped by at this cafe during our roadtrip in the USA. After two weeks roadtripping in California and Arizona, we can most certainly affirm that this was the best coffee we drank in the US. We had a Latte and the tuna bagel. The bagel was so good and fresh and the latte one of the best lattes weve ever tasted! Coming from Europe (Spain and Sweden) where coffee is such a tradition and almost an art, we loved loved loved the latte. Thanks for the great flavory experience and for the great service. :) cheers from Stockholm and Barcelona

We stopped here to try the coffee. their own blends. Coffee is outstanding. I had the Bianco, white chocolate with half and half. It was one of the best coffees I have had. This will become one of my favs locaThey roastlly. The building doesnt look like a coffee shop. We thought it might be a post office or bank. It was a bank. You can see the vault complete with bars. It is really nice, with a lending library inside. The staff is courteous and helpful. Run dont walk here. It is a must visit in Kingman AZ.

My husband and I switched from Starbucks to Beale Street Brews with both our weekly pound of FRESH roasted coffee beans and our on-the-go iced lattes. The price is about the same but the taste is fresher, smoother, and the staff is always friendly, personable, and take care with our order. Plus the local art gallery in the back is pretty interesting...

Cappuccino was below average, the cups and lids they use are terrible (please get real cups even in they cost a few cents more), seemed a bit over priced especially trying to charge me $1 for a glass of water. I love supporting local shops but wish I would have went to Starbucks.

We stop here every morning were in town working in Yucca. They have a nice breakfast sandwich, great smoothies with dairy free options and I really like their coffee. Last time I picked up a pound of beans to bring home (El Salvador dark roast) and it makes excellent coffee.

This is a terrific coffee shop. Its a great place to meet in downtown Kingman. It has an art gallery associated with it that you can visit as you drink your coffee. Good coffee & pastries. Friendly atmosphere. Refreshing to see this sort of place in downtown Kingman.

So happy that this coffee shop is open, again, after being closed for a few months to relocate (one block east from their old location)! Love their coffee, and the new location has a lovely atmosphere, more room, and a new stage for open mic night.

Love to stop in after a Saturday morning mountain bike ride. Great staff, food, and prices. On occasion, live music greats your ears and you end up staying longer than you should. Only wish they had more outlets for your technology needs.

Not family friendly at all - comfy seats reserved for adults (even though the cafe was empty) and the tables where children can sit - no high chairs. No baby changing facilities or counter space (for the massive bathroom key bottle fob).

The atmosphere was great but the coffee lacked taste and was extremely watered down. Even adding two shots of espresso was not enough to actually be able to taste the coffee bean. Careful with the cups, they are not very travel proof.

First off - the coffee is very good! I havent gotten a bad cup of coffee there. I love the seating available, and the library! Oh man! When you put that all together with friendly staff and a clean shop, I highly recommend this place!

A really quaint little cafe to have a cup of morning coffee and maybe a sweet roll to go with it. An easy walk around town, in the early morning and a cup of Joe(Coffee) to get the day going. Fantastic!

I went in today with my friends and it was indubitably nice inside. We ordered some ice coffee some of the best coffee Ive tasted. Better than paying about $5 at Starbucks for coffee.

There bagel sandwiches are tasty! We buy our coffee for our home brewer here and have enjoyed most of the flavors they provide. The in store grinder is very convenient.

The baristas are cool but the owner lacks in social skills and made me very uncomfortable. She has rules and uses her angry outside voice if she thinks you break them.

Just okay. Cappuccino was bitter, adding sugar did not help. Espresso was drinkable but had better. Not a big selection of independent coffee shop in Kingman.

Not cozy, all tables in center of room; music loud and coffee was only fair. Cant plug in devices, and they use Styrofoam cups with super cheap lids.

Nice place in what I would call Old Town Kingman. Good coffee, friendly staff. Doesnt look like much from the outside, but warm and friendly inside.
