Typical experience is fast and without problem. My last visit, however, left me quite uncomfortable. Upon making my purchase, the employee asked me if I would like to make a coffee or tea donation to schools. I looked where she pointed and saw a sign referring to a dollar being donated to the department of education. I accepted. I did not realize I would be buying a tin of tea that cost more than my total order. I then was too uncomfortable to back out of my donation. This all felt a little purposeful. It felt like she was trying to get me to a point of committing to much more than I bargained for because whos going to say "nevermind" to a donation. It felt shady and like she wasnt very upfront about the donation options (which I learned later from their website). This is coupled with the fact that the particular employee I was dealing with had made snarky comments about remaking incorrect drinks in the past; I honestly felt she would have remarked on a receded or changed donation. I think donation programs are wonderful for the community, but its important to be forward about the options and not trying to lure people into an unreasonable commitment.

Wow, just to write this review of how bad the internet here is here it took about a minute for the page to load! Do not come here if you need to get things done on an electronic device - their electric outlets are by the bathroom. The cookie i got was nice, and about the same price as starbucks. But other than SBs. this place does not give student discounts. Cant see any reason to come back again. Check out NEXT which is across from MWU, they have ok coffee. Their big pluses are blazing internet and a layout designed to get stuff done with very comfy loungers.

As a former Starbucks addict, any time Im on vacation and can find a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf location, I will go well out of my way to get there. Their Sumatra coffee is bold and strong, while remaining smooth and not acidy. They started the blended coffee drink and still make it superior to anything any "competitor" can come up with. Even their "skinny" options are delicious without the typical horrible after tastes you find everywhere else. The secret must be their flavor powders verses the typical syrups. WARNING: You will be converted on your first sip!!

I dont like coffee, but I love caramel! And, since they make a KILLER Caramel Blended Beverage - we are allowed to have business meetings here. The location is very convenient, right off the freeway. The staff is awesome! Constantly checking to make sure you dont need anything. And, free Wi-Fi!! This place tends to be a little more quieter than the average Starbucks. So great place to study or get some work done.

Great coffee. Minus one star because the gentleman working there was complaining that it was not their fault Google had the closing hours wrong. He stated that they are wrong for most of the locations. In turn, I took 2 minutes to make the edits myself to update their hours on Google Maps for this location.

What a great place to kick back and relax. Raspberry Ceylon tea is great, plus their new maple scones are to die for. All the people there are the best. What great customer service. They are the definition of good customer service.

A favorite place I take my Mom to spend quality time. She loves tea and they have a nice variety. We stay for hours and just enjoy each others company. The customer service is excellent and we are never rushed.

Everyone is super kind, the drink menu has a wide variety, and in my opinion much better than Starbucks. (Mainly cause I like everything on menu) Highly reccomend coming to Coffee Bean :)
