If I could get a negative star I would! Maybe this is my problem, ok partially it is my problem but they didnt explain it very clear at all and made it sound wayyy better than it actually was. I went in to make a purchase of a washer and dryer seemed to be a very good price. But then when adding the warranty on and the hoses it became too much. I didnt want to spend all my savings so they told me about "Whynotleastit" option they have. Its a lease, you pay for the item in monthly payments and at the end of it you have it paid off... sounds good right? NOPE! You have to not only pay the monthly installments that equal out to the total cost of the item but then you have a "payoff/purchase price" amount that you could pay after the initial 5 months of paying for the item. THIS WASNT DISCLOSED TO ME. After paying $114 for 5 months that equals $570 the final purchase price "if I didnt want to keep paying monthly $114, who in the right mind would?" was $276!!!! :-0 That puts the total for this basic washer at $846 WTF, are you kidding me! After calling they said it was my fault and I told them Id write this review and slander them on here. No working with me, trying to figure out a better deal or anything! Lesson learned Im not going to give them the washer back after paying over $500 "oh btw that is the other option to not purchasing or paying more monthly on it", take it as a lesson learned and I will not be buying from these guys again!

Im surprised to see the negative reviews. I purchased a fridge there last week, and the two sales associates I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and attentive. We ended up paying less that half retail for a brand new Samsung with a dent in the back. I opted to bring it home myself, not realizing how heavy it was. My friends and I were able to get it out of the trailer into the garage, but not over the threshold into the house. Called Sears Outlet today, and they said they would install it for me tomorrow for $50. Well worth it! One thing to be aware of is, the standard warranty does not apply. We have 30 days to return -- and thats it! The extended warranty was much more than we were willing to pay (I believe it was $499) so were taking a chance without it.

3 reviews 1.0 star rating 10/14/2016 Dont go!!! We had horrible customer service. The young man that was helping us had not even been trained. Other employees were standing around and not even helping him. We were supposed to get $15 off our purchase for signing up for a Sears card. We did and the $15 didnt come off, so he said it was the wrong card and had us fill out another credit app. This happened three times and we still didnt get our $15 off. I asked for a manager and he said I had to call the credit card company. He couldnt fix it there. Well, as I thought the credit card company said it has to be fixed in store. Anyway, we were there forever and today I got two different credit cards in the mail!! Just dont go!

Walked in and purchased a dishwasher at this location out of sheer convenience. Thought it was a really good deal. Came in next day to pick it up only to find out it was given to someone else. After spending 3 hours there, I was finally told that because of the circumstance, they could not give me a replacement or refund the purchase. Walked out empty handed but not without talking with the district manager. Due to their incompetence in verifying a receipt, their lack of foresight to mark a receipt when equipment is picked up or even verify id. Im expecting a call tomorrow from the district manager so this may go either way. For now, Im extremely upset and wouldnt recommend this store to anyone

Drove all the way from the East Valley to Glendale to pick up a refrigerator we paid for online found out they had shipped it to Tempe we spent 3 hours chasing a frigerator and it was even more damaged by the time we got to it. The manager at the Glendale store was not helpful at all. We had a problem trying to return the fridgerator to the Tempe location since it was purchased from Glendale. Waited for an hour and a half for the money to be refunded so we could buy a fridge and take one home. Fernando at the Tempe location did a good job on keeping us happy. Customer service at the Glendale location definitely needs help

So, about a couple days ago my dad, mom and I went to Sears Outlet. Once we walked in we noticed that only two employees were working there (male and female) the two were all over each other. There we were looking at some stoves and comparing prices to see which would be the best deal. My dad looks around for an employee to ask for some information on one of the stoves and finds the male inching close to the female worker. My dad gets the males attention and the guy looks ticked off. I guess he was caught in the move but he clearly wasnt doing his job right.

They messed up on my order and only sent one of the two items I ordered. How do you forget one item especially when I ordered two of the same thing. I called and complained and instead of picking up their error on their own I had to call the day I got my package. I complained and they said they would send the item 2 day air but that was bullshit because it didnt come yet and its been the third business day. Bad service!! If I could give them 0☆ I would!

Just went into the location to purchase a washers and dryer. After spend 30 minutes looking with only 1 to 2 customers in the location. We finally found someone who could answer a question about where the front loading washers were and was told told there all over and he walked off. Worst service ever and hat to say think he was the manager. I will go to a regular store next time and not a joke like this place.

Jimmy the Store Manager has the best customer service ! He helped me with all of my questions and took the time to explain every detail. I definitely recommend this location! Jimmy and Guillermo even assisted with loading it into my truck . They were professional and courteous the entire experience. Ill be returning in the future to get good deals and great service ! Thank you guys!

I went on the web sight for a washer, it said they had them there & so I called to get one, stayed on hold forever. Only to be told they didnt have the one I wanted & I would have to go some where else. They advertise Kenmore but dont have them.That makes sense & tells me I need to shop some where else. Glad I learned that first.

I have bought several appliances from this location over the years since it opened about 3 years ago. Ive always had great customer service. All the staff is friendly and attentive. A lot of these reviews must have another side to the story because from my own experience I can say that this store is a lovely place to shop.
