The doctor there is good but the help is terrible. We had to call or come back on at least 5 seperate occasions to fulfill a single order. Each time I was in contact with the staff it was tedious at best to get answers to simple questions. They lost my file, and then told me that they just mislabeled me. They have next to no trials in the store. 2 week wait for 1 trial contact. They cant even spare the second contact. Needless to say that the money you save is not worth the frustration of dealing with untrained staff. I love Wal-Mart, but the vision center gets 3 out of 10 stars. Those 3 stars are just for the doctor who was a good guy. With better staff it could easily have been an 7.

Ive never had an eye exam as quick or simple. I wasnt expecting much because of other Walmart location experiences, and this was the only location that had an opening for the following day. Probably the most simple and efficient eye exam Ive had, ever!

This store with Dr. Jason Bailey DO is an excellent place to get an eye exam. Excellent price for what you get and very personal service. GO THERE ! You wont be sorry.
