I have been coming to Barnes and Noble for a long time. The past few years the service has not been enjoyable. I actually quit going.However I decided to give it another shot today. Well, when I was reading books to further my career I was told by a staff member that I cant sit where I was sitting which was by a chair since the other chairs were taken. He persisted to to be an a** and I left the store with about $80 worth of books that I was going to buy. I will no longer be shopping at Barnes and Noble. I have got to say that Barnes and Noble has been sliding in service big time over the past few years. This is shameful since I use to enjoy Barnes and Noble and love their service. They still have some great staff here however there are a few bad apples that got to make you wonder. BTW: As the last poster commented about their selection, I agree 5 stars all the way, large book store and inside the mall, cant get much better than that for a book store!

We showed up right before closing to grab a book and go. We have never felt so unwelcomed in our lives. From the moment we got there just before closing, to the minute we walked out, they were so bothered by our presence. They couldnt get us out the door quick enough so they could go home. Im all for wanting to go home but I would never project that in my attitude towards the very people that make my paycheck possible. Just another reminder of why I havent been here in years and wont be returning any time soon.

I like to go to this Barnes and Noble. It was easy to find what I was looking for. Things are usually pretty easy to find at most of the Barnes and Noble stores. I do like the service they give and if I cant find what Im looking for they will help me find it or order it for me. I like how you can sit and read books in the store. That is very relaxing. I will always shop at Barnes and Noble.

I raised my children with this bookstores a source of info for me education resource formulating kids. I spent more money here than on baabysitterz and that was a greatchoice for me. Now I am taking the next generation of brainy readers through and cannot be more pleased.

Apparently their employees dont check peoples IDs when they make purchases, as someone stole my credit card number and spent nearly $150 at this location on 9/15/2016. They need to train their staff on the importance of checking to prevent credit card fraud.

This Barnes and Noble has a lot of friendly staff and their selection of new books is great. They have some of the most educational materials around especially covering broad general topics like how phones are made and how space works all in one book.

There is so much to love about Barnes and Noble, its hard to know where to start. A massive abundance of books, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a very nice, relaxed atmosphere. I love stopping by just to look at the books they have.

I did not like the Starbucks cashier. Didnt even count my change back from a twenty. The drinks also taste of pure cream (not complaining on that because I like it light, but I know from other Starbucks it was to light)

Always packed and the kids play area is directly outside of the mall entrance to the store, which is quite noisy, so not ideal for a bookstore... but other than that, nice location for a dying industry.

Starbucks was slow, coffee not even warm. Disappointing overall. Store bathrooms were in terrible shape. No amount of cleaning would have fixed that hole called a restroom.
