This store is in the Happy Valley shopping center, & its across the street from the Noterra shopping center, too. This store is very large w/ a Starbucks authorized cafe inside too - drinks, sweets, & savories, for a great price. $25 annually gets you 10% off discount card, to use in store & cafe. The staff are always very nice & the atmosphere is great, laid back, & happy, plus during hella hot summer, the AC works GREAT!!! Theres books & sections for all, including magazines, music/movies, & a kids section. Theres 2 drinking fountains in the back by the restrooms; theyre clean & produce clean cold water. The female potty is the only issue I come across like, 90% of every visit - it smells like perfumed sewage & usually the trash is overflowing w/ used paper towels. Today (23JUN17) however, the smell was better & the restroom was a ton cleaner!! Its nearly 2pm. *****To the STORE - I would recommend installing those cool Dyson hand drying systems, to cut down on paper towel waste & messy floors.

This place for a book lover is just perfect. Great selection of books, although it can get overwhelming. The Starbucks cafe inside is a great addition, so you can stay long and read your new books. As a note, the Starbucks inside is manage by Barnes & Noble, meaning that if you have a Starbucks Rewards card, it will not work here.

I went into Barnes and Noble to purchase two books. Their price was more than double Amazon. I asked the cashier to match the price. She said no. Instead of making a sale, she let a customer walk! Youll never stay in business with prices double and youre not willing to budge on your price. Who thought up this business model?

Very large store for a brick and mortar book store. The staff is very friendly and can help you locate what youre looking for quickly. There are also computer kiosk to look up books. This location has a coffee shop on-site as well.

Wonderful, fresh clean store, and all of the staff have been exceptionally helpful and polite. Wow, what a nice change nowadays. The Barista was fun to talk with too. Very friendly. Ill be going back!

I am glad I stopped by with my nephew to buy book he was looking for his class project. Staff was very polite and helpful with locating the book we were looking for. Place was neat and clean. Very nice.

Great layout and great selection. They had classics on sale for $5 a piece which is great for people wanting to dive into some truly great novels. Helpful staff and a great kids selection.

Pros: Never crowded, even during lunch time. Friendly and expedient staff. Quiet. Con: used to be device-friendly before they removed the outlets. WiFi is ok.
