I love this bookstore and they are close, on campus, friendly and they try their best! Across the street is half assed and not as nice as this store, rental is easy no hassle and you dont need to give them your ssn and also not all bookstores that sell used books will always have them in stock its up to us students to help the gcc Bookstore out I always sell my books to them they may not always by them back but they are nice and honest about why, five stars for the gcc bookstore keep up the good work and go gauchos

Terrible service! I just called the bookstore to get a quotation for an access card I need for a course and was told they couldnt give prices over the phone. I have 2 kids so driving all the way there just to get a price is absurd. After explaining my situation to the person over the phone she rudely said that that is company policy and was unwilling to help me. They will definitely be losing my business now and over the next 5 years of my studies.

Its no Borders, Glendale C.C. Bookstore glossy and there arent 10 copies of each book, nor are there a ton of places to sit around and read before you buy (though there are a few). Also, as with most used and independent book stores, Ive always had better luck just browse-and-buying than with going in with an actual list.

They are completely disorganized, the website shows they have it in stock but if its not on the store shelves they will not look in the back, VERY LAZY! If you then order it online they take 48 hours to goto the back and retrieve your already purchased book, once again LAZY and MIS-MANAGED!

They do a good job at keeping the line flowing when things get busy at the beginning and end of semesters. They have fairly good prices. Sometimes they have better prices than anywhere online. People who work there are friendly. All in all, good spot.

Google says bookstore is open on Sunday which its not, drove 45 minutes to figure that out. Fix your hours.
