Store is understaffed and under qualified. There were only 2 employees available with multiple people waiting and the ones that were there were not very friendly or knowledgeable. I went in for what should have been a simple task and the employee said he didnt know how to do it. I waited for 45 minutes to be waited on and couldnt be helped. Will never go back to Oneonta store.
