For starters, all the ordering stations have recently been redone & of course, we pull into one that "doesnt work!" the car hop was finally kind enough to come out & tell us. We decide to order through drive-thru & our nearly $30 order included the $5 chicken box & moz sticks WITH marinara sauce. (I specifically asked for it cause we never get it!). After getting our sweet (ended up being non sweet!) teas & Dr. Pepper (all over the cup), we then wait almost 20 min for our food. Of which all but chicken was cold. Now the most aggravating part....the chicken box was missing the onion ring & the gravy!!!! To top it off, the service was even worse!!! Will Not Be Back!!!!!!!!

I love going and getting a shake after 8 when they are reasonably priced. I really hate how thin the straws are, seriously I cant get off how thin the straws are at every sonic ever. I go to Jacks to get straws to bring to sonic so I can enjoy a chunky shake without busting a blood vessel in my eye pulling on a stopped up straw.

there was only 3 cars there and it took them 15 minutes to answer me after I push the button... It took me 20 minutes to get a lime slush and an additional 10 minutes to get my change from the guy that was taking the orders while the waitresses stood around

Never brought my order... Only my pregnant daughters small cup of ice for $1.32 and acted confused when I asked about rest of order then never answered after patiently waiting for 27 minutes for rest of food so we left and dont wish to revisit!!!

I had a great experience here. It was nice too because I havent had an opportunity to go to sonic as las vegas doesnt have many. Brought me back to my child hood of shacks after a sporting event and the staff on roller blades.

I dont know if the service sucks because of new hires or what. Ive encountered lackluster customer service and theyve gotten my order wrong multiple times. It used to not be that way. I dont know whats going on with them now.

Sonic is a good American brand drive in, just dont expect to drive in to this sonic after 9pm. They close the stalls and go drive through only.

The happy hour is fun. Sometimes the lines at the drive thru are long but u can pull in and they bring you your order. Prices are not to bad.

This is a hot spot in the Shoals. Always busy. Service is a little slow but usually worth it for a fast food consideration
