I have had a phone with AT&T for over 10 years and everytime I go into this particular store they are so unhelpful. The staff only cares about selling you a product and if you have any kind of questions about your device or with your service they will tell you go online and then walk away from you. If you have AT&T make sure to take your business to the Florence, AL store. (Trust me its worth the extra few minute drive).
