Yes you can wear your hats. Also the no hood policy is In serious effect because so many locations have been robbed also a number of employees have been hurt or hospitalized and could not identify their attacker .Also for your safety. We here at Family Dollar are only doing our jobs and following rules and protocol. Also we care about our customers safety. I do my best to please you all,but please remember Im human to. Theres no need to be so bitter. I great you all with a Good morning or good afternoon with a smile. Im sorry if others treated you poorly Im not them ,n I respect everyone no matter what. All Family dollars are on a decline, their customer service reps have no training in excellent service, not even the managers have a clue how to properly serve the customer. Just called 3 of the local FD for 60419 all said they could not help me over the phone I have to come in just to see what inventory they have on hand. Why have a fuckn phone if your not servicing the customer first. I guess we will continue to travel to Wal-Mart because they acknowledge the customer needs first!!

Great place. I go just to get great deals on very expensive items .they also have coupons online and there Cashier Ashley A does her job very well. I have seen her extend her helping hand,but at times people are so rude to her and she just keeps smiling and still helps you. I think some of you need to give credit when its do. Definitely a work in progress . My own opinion I think Ashley A should be An manager ,also I love her bubbly personality,keep up the good work. Go bulls

Soon as I entered the store mind you its cold outside the store manager Mrs.Jones first response was take your hood off. Where is this posted on the door? Can we have hats on as well? She was just rude. I didnt get a welcome to Family Dollar or anything. Maybe because it was Thanksgiving and she did not want to be working or something. Store should focus more on the appearance of the store and greeting the customers instead of my hood!!
