After a friend sent me a package from this store, I sent her one and by mistake, I used the address of the store. There was a return address on the package but it never came back to me. The person I talked to on the phone, employee of the store, was not helpful at all.

Showed up two minutes before they say they close just to do a quick check deposit into my usaa account and the door was locked and the guy saw me and didnt care. Talk about poor customer service. Locking the door before the posted closing time.
