I walked in when there was ONLY 1 person in the store, while 3 staff were working. One staff was busy with the other customer. As soon as I walked in a lady who was 2 miles away asked what I needed, she did not even approach me but stood from a distant doing NOTHING! She was not able to help me because she said the lady whose helping the other customer will help me. Another staff who I later learned was the ASSISTANT MANAGER was not able to help me either. I wanted a few cards printed out for the 4th of July occasion. This is just a simple card I made with Adobe photoshop for my daughters 1st 4th of July. Since the image needed to be viewed she said only one computer can be used. Weird because days before another staff took me back to another computer and helped me. I had to wait for the one computer to be free in order to be helped. This staff who was helping the one customer said it will take AWHILE and ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. It was completely UNNECESSARY AND RUDE! Finally when that computer was free, one of the 3 staff tried to help me. However ONCE AGAIN this is the 2nc time i had to come back to order the same cards. I had to put them on 4 per sheet. This was not mentioned the last time I was here which was a few days before. Their customer service is POOR, INEFFICIENT AND UTTERLY RUDE! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS FEDEX KINKO AGAIN! And either should any of you! This event happened on July 3, 2009 at 1pm. The assistant manager and 2 other staffs were working. 3 women who were all USELESS.

Amazing customer service! I came to this FedEx store simply to purchase a box and some packing supplies so that I could mail a pile of variously shaped and sized birthday gifts and have them arrive in one piece. Having only ever shipped through USPS previously, I expected to have to estimate which box Id need and buy tape and packing supplies and struggle through it all myself (Im terrible at wrapping and packaging in general), so imagine my surprise when the lady behind the counter (Madeline) asked me to hand her the pile of stuff so she could find the cheapest box that was the most appropriate size (thank goodness, because I never seem to find a good size on my own). I mentioned that I had pretty tissue paper to line the box so that it was extra special for the recipient, and Madeline was amazing - she took the tissue paper and wrapped all the gifts up much more attractively than I would have done myself, she was cheerful the whole time, and made great conversation. Her name tag indicated that she had been at the store for 20 years, and it shows! She was great, and she and all her co-workers were cheerful, professional and competent people. I originally went because they were open late, but I will keep coming back for the excellent customer service and convenience of having someone pack it all up for me.

I hate to agree with everyone else here, but seriously, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ive worked in customer service for many years and thats why I get so upset when I get poor customer service as a customer. When youre busy, I get it, people may have to wait for service. When there is one other person in there and two workers and I have to wait 20 minutes to get 9 pages printed...RIDICULOUS! Plus when I walked in and said I needed to make prints, I was immediately told to go to the computers that cost money to use them. No way am I paying you $0.60 per print and then $0.20 per minute to use your computer! Take your business elsewhere, they dont deserve it! Im never going back.

Not sure why their overall review rating is so low. .. Maybe some past employees. 2 visits in past two weeks and got EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE both times. Needed last minute emergency printing of flyers for a conference in Traverse City on a Sunday afternoon. At 9:03 Sunday morning I walked in here and explained my plight. Young lady at counter checked for any other store open between TC and Novi, so my hour and a half long order could be printing while I was headed North. No other stores open on Sunday. What she thought would require 1.5 hours to get turned around was handed to me on 30 minutes while I gassed up and had a quick bite next door. She saved my bacon.

The customer service at this center is appalling. I will go to ANY other Fed Ex than this one. The manager of this story should be reprimanded for such poor hiring practices. The women running the register are unpleasant, kurt, and will deliberately do everything BUT offer assistance. If you need professional quality but affordable document reproduction, or need help shipping a package, DO NOT go to this store. Other FedEx places are great - its not the chain its just this one bad apple. FedEx should really take away their franchise because these people are really hurting the brand.

Stopped by to ship a package. They automatically asked for my address and did not specifically ask what I wanted to use as the return address (I wanted to change the Sender information later). Therefore, I had to drive all the way back to "cancel the order" in person, when it could have easily been done over the phone. I didnt even have to sign anything...just physically press a "Ship" button confirming all the information was accurate on the screen. So much red tape that defies common sense defeats the point of convenience modern day technology affords. Not a good Fedex.

I called this FedEx/Kinkos twice & was prepared to spend $300. on copies, posters, etc. I emailed my order in for a quote after talking to a rude female. (I wasnt allowed to ask questions about product first.) I received the quote back hours later. I called back at 6:45 am to ask about the quote & unfortunately got the same rude female who was just as unhelpful & curt as the first time!! I ended up going to Staples & Office Max instead. I think they need to read one of the books they have in their book section about customer service! I will not be going there ever again!

This is my second time visiting this FedEx. First time was great. However this time I received nothing but attitude and condescending remarks from one of the employees. Im not writing this review to put them down but rather as constructive criticism. There is no need to give customers attitude when they are paying for a service and are not rude to begin with. Please know that it took a lot of self control for me not to go there. I hope that the female that was assisting me takes heed.....

Product/Service requested: Banner printing. Date: Thursday, 6th October, 2016 Sincere thanks to Ms. Clareese (FedEx personnel) for helping me deliver a 60 in x 30 in banner on time. She was extremely helpful and accepted my pinning requests (in peak business hours) to process the banner in less than an hour. In addition, she applied relevant discounts, bringing down the cost by 10 bucks! Ms. Clareese was very friendly, and I would absolutely recommend FedEx at this location.
