I had the worse experience here! I was returning clothes that my daughters dad had bought here but he live out of state! The cashier Angel had the worse customer service ever it was a hassle for her to do anything she acted like! I was just going to exchange the items for something that fit my daughter but she did not inform me the they would be mailing me a gift card which this is the first place Ive ever been to that dosent just give store credit! So then I asked can I just exchange them for something else! Once again attitude that was awful and did not want to do nothing more the satisfying me as a customer reluctantly she ask a manager I assume to see if she would reverse the mailed gift card for a exchange which they did then after that whole process they inform me that I can only exchange it for a different size! I will never shop at old navy ever again! Horrible staff and customer service in Dothan Al!

Pros: Often have sales, wide variety of sizes, good lighting, roomy fitting rooms. Wait in line is decent, less than 10 minutes each time I go. Cons: Clearance sections are super messy and unorganized. Sizes in all the wrong places, clothes on floor and off hangers etc.

Love ON! I always spend way more than I plan. They have a good selection of colors/sizes here and always offer to order if they are out. Customer service is always pretty good and the stores layout is nice and organized...even the clearance section!
