It was extremely messy and looked the same as a Marshalls. Everything was disorganized with sizes all out of order and it was a Monday, not a weekend. At check out I had my saks card and the check out lady blamed me for getting it out before I purchased. Plus she said it was too late for me to use it. She did not offer to return my items and re do the check out for my points. Also no one is helping in the dressing rooms. I know these are not the wrost sins in the world but if you are paying $150 for a dress you kinda expect a little effort. I would say this is terrible in comparison to other saks off fifth locations. P.s. they gave me a shoe box to small for my shoes and it was also the wrong brand

Disorganized, clothes in the aisles, dirty, just an unpleasant experience all around. When I was last there they kept calling for someone to come back up to the front register because they accidentally left the anti-theft device on it. All of this is just a shame because they do have some good deals there.
