In store experience is good. Delivery service was very bad. I scheduled a delivery between 4-6. They came at 3:30 and had everyone in the family in a panic rush to get home. When I arrived they were completing the installation and doing a ops check. I asked is the dryer on and he said yes.... NO air was coming out the vent. Went back inside and room was full of fumes. They had connected to another closed off vent. I didnt get to see that connection since there was only a hole and close out plate there. After connecting dryer vent to correct one I was told the duct was too short and would fall off. He did not have longer ones so I had to go buy one and exchange this one. He said my drain line was best he could do and may come out. I had to use some of my old stuff to fix that issue. NP. After they left I inspected the installation. If they leveled them they forgot to set the jam nuts on the feet. The hoses were kinked so I fixed that and moving the washer and dryer found the level feet problem. Fixed that too. I found the water supply line on the back of the dryer loose. Tightened that. Then I found a dent on the front of the washer. They gave me a discount for the dent but I wanted a undamaged product upon delivery. If I have to pay for delivery and set up it should be done by individuals who care and know what they were doing. I would recommend the in store experience as they were helpful and management took care of my exchanges and damage issues but be aware of delivery problems.

Nothing....bought an amplifier and kit there to have hooked up in my daughters car, was told I purchased everything needed. Went to pick the car up and they tried charging me 25.00 for a piece that claim I needed that was different from the one bought! I consulted with a team member of their team the entire time. I was also told the amp came with a bass control knob to find out our bass is entirely to loud and went to adjust it and they connected the amp to the BACK OF THE SPEAKERS and we have to pull the speaker out and use a screw driver go adjust the bass control....should have just went with Audio Video Specialist like we did with my other daughters car! VERY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET! And might I had my husband was just out there messing with it to adjust it and the ground wire to the amp is broke and the amp is extremely hot because it is continuously getting power. I wouldnt recommended them for anything!!!

Great sales man and ladies!Terrible delivery scheduling and times.I feel that Im not doing business with serious people.Almost two weeks since I paid for my washer and dryer.im still waiting for them.Story:Bought on Wednesday.thsy said we will deliver Friday or Saturday same week.we will call you.never did.Called on Monday.said you have not been scheduled we will call you tomorrow.never did.I called on Wednesday.manager said she is scheduling for coming Friday.I confieren Friday was good.They came finally!I after a few minutes guys said:sorry we brought the wrong dryer.we can come on Monday.saturday we received a call to confirm.Lets see if the miracle happens today.i still waiting.This is terrible

For h a w maby when people tell you any time you should expect delivery there any time especially when they call you and service was in great standing it is very difficult to set up old or use appliances on a beat up concrete floors mi d you these are top load and on pedestals what can you do

That I make a phone call and ask if you have something and you say you do I get there and you dont have it. And when I walk in the door theres six of you standing behind the counter and then you want to tell me its back there like I know where that there is.
