This place is completely unprofessional with the worst customer service. They can act like garbage because they are the only people in town who rent out electronics. We needed to rent 2 TVs and they waited until the last minute to deliver them and then NEVER came back! We all leave work at 5pm and they said they would be there in the morning. I waited until 5pm for them to show up before I locked up and left for the weekend. They tried to charge us but it was their fault they didnt make it over in an 8 hour day. Worst place ever, we are going to buy new TVs next year because theyre not worth the headache.

They say that it is hassle free but from day one I have been hassled by them cant wait until my washer and dryer is paid off because I will never go through them again if it wasnt for all the money I have paid into it already I would just send them back but almost got them paid off now so listen hear rent a center when I get you paid off dont ever send me another thing in the mail to get me to come back to you guys because you guys are nothing but a big joke

Josh the sales manager was amazing very informative and honest about products delivery was a little late but josh was with him and explained everything and set it up will be getting more once i pay off my current items
