As soon as you enter the store, someone will come to you and offer to help you find whatever you are needing, which for someone like my mother, who doesnt necessarily know her way around gadgets and/or supplies, this is a much appreciated gesture. Their staff has always been very patient and helpful. I also like how everything is arranged so neat and orderly. I also like that they offer a large selection of the same types of things so that you have a number of options. It is very convenient that they will also ship packages for you if needed, weigh the object, provide postage and ship UPS. Very nice environment.

I was in to make copies then mail them out. The worker was helping me she had another customer come to counter. She then called for help, but never told me she was passing me off to someone else. I just feel its was rude!!

Robert is the store manager and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of on a return that I had to make make sure that I was completely satisfied and really impressed me with his customer service
