Went into the store the other day right time I walked in it smelt really bad. I will definitely not be going back to this petsmart. Also all the employees was very rude and unfriendly. They seem like they didnt even wont to be there. I will for sure make Petco my number one stop from now on out and petsmart will not be getting anymore of my money. Plus the last two cats I got from petsmart was very sick and I had very high vet bills and my last cat I got from petsmart I only had for a week and it pass away which cost me alot of heart ach with my daughter and another high vet bill. Petsmart have lost my business for good this time.

Dog training classes are great. However, Ive had 2 bad experiences with the grooming department. Neither have to do with the staff but with policy. With my first appointment, I was told (after my dog being there for 30 minutes) that they couldnt bathe him because he had an unhealed suture. Turns out the suture was excess glue that was stuck to his fur. Most recently, I was called 7 minutes before my appointment to let me know that their system shouldnt have let me schedule the appointment because their employee was by herself and they cant service dogs when they are alone.

The worst groomers in 7 states!!!!!!!! My poor dog was shaved to bleeding. and left a bushy tail. They didnt even wash him. when I got home I washed his face and it came white as snow. He was dirty and yellow when I picked him up from these fruitcakes!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They do not know who to groom one. They are idiots plus it was 108 dollars to SHAVE them. They did not groom! They shaved. And, didnt even shampoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were not professional! They were NOT CLEAN!

I just spoke to a women on the phone just a few seconds ago and she was rude! I was calling to ask if they sold mice for snake food and she acted like I was dumb, but if Im not mistaken they sell snakes so why not the food?? She was horribly rude and after she said they dont sell them, I was in the middle of saying thank you and she hung up. I will NEVER go to this petsmart. I have never had a problem with Petsmart until now.

Associates here are rude and arrogant. This is the worst pet smart I have been too. They dont care about their customers here. I have had associate here that were great but the associate today dragged there names in the mud unfortunately. The only upside is they have cute puppy sometimes. Now Im avoiding this place like the plague.
