I went to this Moody location three weeks in a row, trying to find simple gate hook screws, or screw in cattle gate hinges for a few gates and each time I went, they didnt have any in stock and their bends were as empty as when I went three weeks ago. Im a big believer in shop local vs online to give back to the community, but its impossible at this place. The didnt even carry electric fence sleeve crimping tools. They carried the sleeves, but nothing to crimp them with, according to an associate. The associate said they were just getting into electric fencing products. When I asked another associate that was walking around the store if they had something in stock they simply said if you dont see it there then we are out. Me being in retail in the past knew that sometimes, items could still be in the back and not yet shelved. So I simply asked them to check. They wouldnt even go look at the product I was inquiring about but yet they knew it wasnt in stock. Mind you this was all early in the AM shortly after the doors opened. I had to go take a picture of the item in question and present it to them and they say "nope dont have anymore". Total waste of time.

Always extremely nice. Prices are competitive or better. I dont live close and drive past other stores to go there. Really wish I could give 5 stars but I go there every 4 weeks for same dog food and about 6 months ago suddenly I cant ever find it. Most of the time its on shelves in back or they are out. Started calling first before driving so far but that didnt work cause I got there and was told they couldnt find any. They used to have huge pallets of it on floor but Im lucky to get 2 of the 4 bags I need each month. Dont get me wrong Im not going anywhere else just wishing they would order enough product and keep shelves stocked. Its a great store but theres always room for improvement no matter how good you are.

I love the store and the people are very friendly and helpful. But they do not keep their shelves stocked. Usually if you want something not on the shelf you have to ask and they will have a full pallet of it in the stock room. That includes chicken feed (which we have started buying at the family owned feed store who alway has a good stock of quality feed) and Tractor Supply never has my small dogs food on the shelves. But they almost always can go back and get it if I ask. ☹

The employees are all so friendly and helpful, I always look forward to stopping by. Theyre not pushy with products and are more than happy to help customers find items. They have a wide range of hardware and tools as well as the best value and quality cat food Ive ever found. 4Health pet food is exclusive to Tractor Supply, and I cant recommend it enough to any pet owner.

Its wonderful to see our Tractor Supply do so much community outreach! You should really check them out, most Saturdays they have something cool going on!! This is another shining example of large chain stores with that small town feel.
