Do yourself a favor! Choose Verizon! I bought a new phone three weeks ago, Galaxy s7 active the "water resistant" phone that has never been around water but yet does not charge due to moisture detected. I Google this and it is a common defect. I take it to the store I bought it at and they tell me I have to go through Samsung, didnt ask for any account information to verify I just bought three weeks ago. The rep paints a great picture that Samsung will just replace it like nothing. Well after fighting with Samsung because they dont do that I call back to the store for another useless call. Now I am stuck paying for a phone that is garbage and att could care less. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, maybe even att all together.

Dez helped out so much! We went to another AT&T store in Alamo Ranch before heading to this store. The service at Alamo Ranch AT&T was extremely terrible. The employees there were more focused on playing music off of their speaker than customer service. There we re about 5 employees working and we still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen and they were no help for a simple sim card exchange. When we visited the Tezel Store we recieved much better customer service from an employee named Dez in the 5 minutes we were there compared to the Alamo Ranch store. Keep in mind this was a third party store and not a main retail store like the one in Alamo Ranch. We will be going to this store from now on.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any store Ive ever been to. There were only 2 customers and 2 employees when I arrived. I still had to wait 1 hour before getting service. Then when the employee went to help the next customer, me, he tried to skip me and help the guy who just walked in. I wonder if its because the employee and the other customer were both black. Id say it was because of the way I was never greeted. Then, the employee was unable to help me at all, even though the corporate phone support said they were supposed to. This place should lose their franchise license.

My boyfriend and I went in this morning, and we had a great experience at this location! Chuck (assistant manager) helped us while we were there, and he was very informative and a great help the whole 2 hours we were there! He did not pressure us into buying anything that we didnt want, and he was great at explaining the different deals we could get and gave us time to think it over before committing to it. Thank you for your help!!
