I agree with Reid below. The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I went in on Saturday 10/15/2011 to overnight my medical records to my doctor. Ashley was the one that prepared my package. I paid extra to have it delivered at 10:30 am monday morning. Much to my dismay, when I called my doctors office and the package had not arrived, I immediately tracked the package. It had NEVER been sent. I called the store and talked to Ashley again, and her snotty response was "it has not left the store." I rushed down to the store to pick up my package. The unprofessional Ashley laughed that she failed at her job. I asked to speak with the owner Salim Majid. Ashley refused to contact him. Ashley refused to give me a refund and that I had to put a claim in with UPS. I contacted UPS, they confirmed that she lied to me. They also connected me to file a complaint with the franchise center. Within in seconds they called the store and ordered that they refund me. I will be contacting the BBB and every other review forums. After being diagnosed with a chronic disease and the time is of the essence, Ashley delayed my records getting to my doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Absolute worst UPS store. Unfortunately the business I bought has used a mailbox here as a longtime mailing address. Ive kept it the same to avoid confusion. The mail is supposed to be ready at 1:30pm but often isnt available until after 3:00. I had to ship a PC back to the manufacturer for repair yesterday. I already had the shipping label all I needed was a box. I carried the PC inside and they rang me up $26.00 for a 24" box. I said that cant be right. There were people behind me, and I do collect my mail there, so instead of taking the PC off of the counter and walking out I paid. My next stop was the Fed Ex inside Office Max. They quoted me $8.00 to package the same PC. Less than a third of what my own UPS store charged me. I figure it takes about $4.00 in materials to pack the PC. Fed Ex marks it up 100% and there you get their price of $8.00. How could this UPS store insist on a 600%-700% mark-up on materials? TOTAL RIP-OFF. Plus Im already paying a couple hundred a year to collect my mail there. Also that isnt an actual picture of this location. This place doesnt look nearly as nice.

Insanely over priced, choose FedEX or USPS instead. I had to drop off two small packages and asked them to print two prepaid shipping labels that I emailed to them. The guy at the counter said it will cost $3 just to print two small shipping labels. Two black and white copies that it took him 15 seconds to click print cost me $3. This is shipping labels that UPS is getting paid for, packages that keep their business running, not some personal prints for myself! Ridiculous! This store is insane. Will never go back here again. FedEX just earned my business.

They dont have a USB reader on the printer like FedEx Kinkos. They charge $2.50 to put a USB drive into their computer and hit print. That is not a typo, $2.50 to place a USB drive into a computer, open a document, and hit print. They dont clearly advertise or tell you that cost. The single page is $0.25 which is more than 2x Kinkos per page. I found out it cost me $2.75 for one page of black and white printing as I checked out. The guy was a dick, too. FedEx Kinkos is better in all aspects, and the people working there have always been cool. Never again.

Greedy guys... I just want to print a page from my mail. They have asked nearly 4.00 $ (3.50 $ login minimum charge + printing charge) for that. I went to Fedex ( 1.5 miles away from this location) and it costs 12 cents. This location also charge 1 $ to put a tape on the shipping box. I think only this location do that. Because, I went to another location on 185th and that location didnt charge any thing for tape.

I had to get some fragile electronic equipment to Chicago for a conference. Not only did these guys pack it professionally, they helped me bring it in and got me out the door in less than 5 minutes. The price was very reasonable as compared to other stores and the staff was extremely friendly. I will be back again and again. Thanks

Even when asked to do something theyve never done before, they go the extra mile to research what to do and get it done for me! (An international waybill paid both ways.) Theyve also boxed and shipped every large item Ive brought them without complaint, including a very large and heavy solid ink printer.

I visit this store about once a month and all my experiences have been good. They were especially helpful with packaging a large object to be mailed, and suggesting a discount rate for a large number of copies. Not sure why or how others had such bad experiences, and I assume that is quite rare.

Really not that great without the 25% coupon that they occasion give. Soooooo expensive. Shipped something from eBay and it costed me 106 dollars. They sold me the box for 18.99. Oh yeah and they also charge a dollar for tape. USPS is bad but this aint much better.

This place is a joke. They charge $1.00 for taping a box closed. It costs a few bucks for an entire roll. For them to charge a dollar for this is insane. Its the only location Ive ever been to who does that. Find another one to go to and save your money.
