I would never again step foot in this store or conduct any form of business with these unethical people. Read the reviews carefully and you will be able to tell that the good ones were written by people with very poor English grammar. In other words, the employees and/or owners wrote them. My experience with this place was terrible and I am going to contact my bank to dispute the charge for the cell phone battery that I purchased. I went to this store looking for an OEM battery for my cell phone and the guy behind the counter stated that he could order one for me. I asked several times if the battery was in fact OEM, and he said yes. However, I did not see what was on the screen and now realize that he was lying. The battery cost a total of $19.99 and I was required to pay a $10 deposit. It took longer than he employee advised for the battery to arrive and I received no telephone call upon its arrival. Calling to inquire came with problems and a very bad attitude from an employee who could not locate my order and blamed me for their sloppy recordkeeping. I went onto the business website and posted a message concerning my bad encounter with the employee. After which time, a girl named Nicole responded, and was very apologetic. She also located the battery and informed me that I could pick it up. This was more than a week after it had been ordered and longer than was advised at time of order. The following day, I arrived at the store to pay the remaining balance for the battery purchase and the same employee who got a nasty attitude with me over the telephone tried to overcharge me for the battery. I stopped this fool dead in his tracks while a customer was in the store and blatantly accused him of misrepresentation and fraud. To make matters worse, the battery does not work. It must be either used or refurbished. My phone functions in the same manner as before purchasing a "new" battery. When I bought these overcharging and defective battery issues to Nicoles attention, I was completely ignored. She will not respond to my emails. Therefore, I will get my money back by disputing the charge with my bank. Buyer beware of this business. The reviews are bad for a reason. These people make their money from unethical and unfair business practices, defective and substandard products, as well as poor customer service and lack of respect for the customer. There are other places to get your phone fixed right here in Cary, NC and it is NOT Pro Wireless!

I unfortunately cracked the screen on my HTC M8 after having it for less than a month. I heard that there was a place in the mall that could fix my screen, for cheap! Well, that sounded great! My husband took me to the mall and I was eager to have a smooth surface on my phone yet again. The dude at the Pro Wireless store looked at my phone for a few seconds and told me it would cost 129.99 to repair the glass. I almost choked on my own saliva, as I could have just gone through my phone insurance and paid the 150 deductible and gotten a new phone. I said "THANKS BUT NO THANKS" and started walking away. I was feeling some bad energy in there, anyway. My husband says to ask them how long it would take to fix, and would they fix it in the store. They say, TWO hours, and yes, they will fix it right there in the store. This was 6 pm. Hesitantly, I left them with my phone. After what seemed like an eternity, I returned to PRO WIRELESS and saw the other dude still "hard at work" on my phone. Dude #1 says "He not done yet" My husband and I wait around awkwardly for a bit, then go get milkshakes, come back, and find him still working on the phone. The mall closes at 9 and it was getting close to that time. Finally, at 9:10 or so, dude #2 hands my phone to dude #1 and he hands it to me. I pressed the little button to wake it up and it seemed to be working. I opened up SnapChat and took a photo and drew on it, it seemed responsive and all was good, plus, I desperately needed to get out of that mall, lets face it, it sucks. I bought a little case and dude #1 put the phone in it for me. My mistake was not checking the phone after that. We leave the mall, and I open the case to check messages. I press the Wake button, but nothing happens. Then, the screen starts doing weird stuff, like what the TV used to do when you tried to watch a channel you didnt have. I start freaking out of course, my husband tells me we will go back when he is off work. In the meantime, I cant make phone calls, send texts, use phone alarm, do anything. Screen occasionally flickers, thats it. Thanks for a shady job, Pro Wireless. I will never recommend you to anyone. Wish Id read reviews first. UGH.

I had a Samsung needs to replace the glass screen and the digitize screen. Charged me $375 for it. After only a month and half, the digitize screen stopped working. I called and immediately they asked how long was it fixed and said they only warranty for 30 days. They very aggressive and wouldnt do anything more, and kept repeating the 30 days warranty. I believe they know their cheap replacement would not work after 30 days, so thats why the 30 days warranty. Dont be fool to the cheap and quick fix. Youll get frustration later on...

Horrible experience. Had screen replaced and not even 90 days later it just wouldnt respond. Went in to ask if they could take a look and they would not, saying there is nothing they can do. Asked about the manufacturer of the screen and they told me they dont know what brand it is... even though they are the ones that replaced it. They refused to tell me what brand equipment that they are using, probably because it is some knock-off no name brand that is worthless. Worst customer experience of my life.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S3 to have the screen fixed here, and what a mistake. To start off, the screen doesnt even work right anymore. If you press even a little bit too hard on the screen, it stops responding and I have to lock/unlock my phone to get it to respond to touches again. As if that wasnt bad enough, it looks like theres dust and dirt underneath the screen now. A very poor quality job, incredibly dissatisfied with the result.

fast, cheap and nicely done. I had a iPhone 6 with a crack glass on for weeks and finally it gave up on me. I went to three different stores around Cary to do price match, and pro-wireless is cheapest($110). all the other places cost around $130. The repair service was fast, only around 20 minutes, and the phone looks nice and new after the repair. I am highly recommend to people who need quick service on their phone.
