I must say, first, this is a STRONG 3! But I have mixed emotions about this location for Verizon because the staff here is good on some days, but then they can be completely short with you the next. Im not too sure if this location is Franchise, or Corporate, but all I know is I have Prepaid Service through Verizon for about 2 years now. And they charged me an activation fee, to activate a used phone???? Um, thats unheard from ANY Major Cell Phone company because the option to "Bring Your Own Phone," even if its through another, or if they are offering it through the Contract. My perspective is that this location makes its own rules as they go, I know, I wont be back here.

When ever I go they are nice and polite. Most of the time like any other verizon store some is at the door ready to assist you. Only had to wait once so far.
