This was a complete and total debacle. I took my phone in to get a price quote for a cracked screen and faulty charging port. I was told that the parts were in stock and the repairs should take a day. With that information, I dropped my phone off at 10:30 am the next morning to ensure that it would be done within a day. At 4:30pm, I received a call stating that there was another part that was needed (the technician is obviously not well versed in HTC phones) and that part needed to be ordered so they would require a couple more days. I was given a loaner phone and I guess I was supposed to be grateful for the Motorola basic phone with no keyboard that I was given. FIVE DAYS LATER, I call to ask about the status and the woman who answered gives me this long list of excuses about why my phone is not done, saying the technician went home sick. She skipped around her words and danced around the main issue and instead threw out there that she was an attorney so she doesnt give guarantees. Well, your occupation doesnt impress me because Im an attorney too. The needless bravado and excuses were not asked to be included with my services. As I type this, I STILL dont have my phone back. Dont say "well call you when its ready" when you never call to tell customers about the fact that the SOLE TECHNICIAN WENT HOME SICK. It is a huge inconvenience to not have my phone that Im used to and has apps that I need for work on it. I went from planning to be without my phone for one day to now being on day five with no real completion time. Never. Again. **UPDATE** After having my phone for seven days, I get it back with them saying it was fixed. WRONG! The phone still didnt charge right and when I went to make a call, the screen just went black and the speaker didnt work. WTF?! I gave it to Phone Fix with all of these things working and I got it back in a worse condition? So I promptly disputed the $75 charge with my bank and sent my phone to HTC. My phone was fixed by HTC and returned to me in a week. And it only cost me the shipping of the phone to them. Stay FAR away from this sham of a business. Id be completely surprised if its still open in six months.

Ive been here once (9 months ago) after having an issue with jailbreak & unlock of an iphone 3gs. They fixed it for me and seemed knowledgeable enough. $30 and 30 mins later, i had my cell phone repaired. Service should have only cost $15 from what I have learned since visiting a few other places since, but $30 is still acceptable. The only thing is, Phone Fix LLC is within near proximity to me; the other places have been around a 30-45 min drive. I view a phone repair shop like an auto mechanic. This guy here would not tell me how he fixed my problem and what the technical issue was. He knew I was very close to solving it on my own, but denied me the information I was missing in hopes that I would return in the future to pay his somewhat inflated prices. I understand its difficult to stay in business these days and were all trying to get ahead, but also know that its all about servicing the people. Needless to say, even though Ive had issues they couldve helped with, I havent returned. 3 thumbs up, 3 thumbs down! ddd^.^ppp

I have utilized Phone Fixs services numerous times for multiple devices over the course of a 1.5 years. And every time I left the store I was completely satisfied with the customer service and quality of workmanship my device and I received. I have had the opportunity to witness many customers leave with the same gratification while waiting for my repair. Loosing the ability to communicate due to damaged devices (phones, tablets, PCs) can be the biggest inconvenience EVER and I can not even tell you how happy I am that I have a local repair shop to keep me up and running. Also I found a coupon in the Waterford MJR movie theater flyer located at the ticket counter. Thank you for taking care of me and all the referrals I send your way.

I called and explained my problem to them and they told me it would be $85, they had the part in stock, and there were a few phoes ahead of mine that needed to be fixed first... ok fine. I went in the next day to drop my phone off and they upped the price to $100 and did NOT have the part in stock. So I waited 3 days for the part to come in. I went and dropped my phone off the same day I got the call about the part being in and she said it was an hour job and it would be ready the next morning. Well, that one hour job has turned into a 48 hour job and I am STILL left without a phone. This is so inconvenient, but I guess thats what I get for trying to go the cheaper route. NEVER will I use their service again.

Seriously the best place ever! Shattered the screen on my iphone and it was fixed while I waited! Done so quickly and I swear my screen is better than it was before. I recommend all of my friends and family here and they always leave happy. Theres nothing worse than breaking ones phone, but Phone Fix will have it repaired for a great price in a short amount of time. The owner is so nice and hard working, hes passionate about his business and wants everyone to leave with a smile :) 5 stars isnt enough!

Disrespectful, over-priced, unprofessional. Staff is rude and heavily pierced. Fixed my mp3 player (5 minute fix took them 5 days) then charged as much as a new one would have cost (component price: about 30 cents if you buy in bulk); terrible customer attitude and then my player broke again (same part) within the warranty date but they wouldnt fix it because I wasnt able to get it to their location until after the very short warranty window (read: because they could weasel out of it.)

Find a different shop. Lied about repairs, then never picked up their phone. I brought in two phones and was told they can both be fixed for $30 - $50, one probably that day, and that he would call me back in a few hours. Never called me that day and didnt pick up the phone the next day. Finally 3 days later he tells me he could fix one for $85 and he hasnt even looked at the second yet. They basically stole the $20 bench fees and left the phone untouched. Avoid this place.

I had a great experience here, which is often not the case with phone repair stores. The glass piece over my camera lens broke on my Nexus 6P, and this guy quoted a MUCH better price than the local competitors. He ordered the part right away, and fixed my phone within 20 minutes of dropping it off. He was fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely go there again, and recommend it to all my friends reading this in the digital world!

Ray fixed the impossible. I took my friends iPhone 5s that had liquid & screen damage where the inside of the phone was exposed & fixed it like mint condition brand new flawless. He replaced the screen & charger port for affordably better than the surrounding competition. I am still amazed that phone was fixable. My friend and I are very grateful for Phone fix saving the phone & all the information on it so quickly took him an hour. Thank you so much!!
