On January 12 I came in to purchase a box of $20/dozen (glazed and Infused advertised the deal on instagram to celebrate national glazed donut day). I was overcharged on my credit card for the purchase - it seems whoever was working the register at the time charged me correctly for the box, but later added a $10 tip to my receipt, which I noticed the following week on my credit card statement. I contacted Kristi, the social media manager for Francescas restaurant group, and she assured me that they would look into it and have the GM contact me. It has now been over 2 months, and nobody has gotten back to me to try to resolve the issue. I have sent multiple emails and have not received any in return. To say that I am unhappy with the situation would be an understatement. I have been going here regularly for quite some time and its a shame that this situation came up and now is being ignored. If you guys dont want to do anything about the incorrect charge thats one thing, but to not acknowledge what has happened altogether and hope it goes away is another. Pitiful.

It may be the Maple Bacon Long John, of which youve deservedly heard so much about, that gets you in the door of Glazed and Infuseds Lincoln Park location under the Armitage stop of the CTAs Brown Line... but its the intoxicating selection that will keep you coming back. Some strong contenders for your subsequent consideration include: Blueberry Lemon, Vanilla Bean Glazed, Passion Fruit Pistachio, and Coffee Glazed. Of course, nothing pairs more perfectly with doughnuts than coffee... and Glazed and Infused are also able to bring this divine match to its proper, heavenly completion as well. Starting in June 2013, Glazed and Infused began brewing Chicago-based Bow Truss Coffee Roasters Canopy Blend and Foundation Espresso at all of its locations. A very welcome and satisfying decision that should come as no surprise, being that Glazed and Infused has a strong background in partnering with local Chicago businesses such as Rare Bird Preserves, Terry’s Toffee and Katherine Anne Confections.

Yep, this place STILL makes me think of Dazed and Confused. All right, all right, all right! Its about as good of a donut place as Dazed and Confused is a movie. IT IS EXCELLENT! So this time I tried out: Chocolate Old Fashion-amazballs! Crunchy outside and doughy inside. Fudgey and gooey! Strawberry bismark-this was pretty good. Reminded me of a homemade jam filling. Banana cream-YUMMY! It reminded me of a banana cheese cake! Snack donut-it was good, but not great. I had such high hopes for this one. The donut was a llittle dry and the coating was a peanut buttery something. I just expected it to be so good and it was average. I mean, I still ate the donut...come on, I am not going to waste! Their dough is just great. Soft and pillow-y. Just the right texture with crunchy and doughy. YES MAAM!!! I heart glazed and infused!

I cant even talk about how good these are. The maple bacon longjohn is out of this world, and their other flavors are just as tasty. It seems cheap when you buy just one (usually $3) but when you add it up and buy 6 or a dozen, youre going to spend $18-$36, which is a little ridiculous for donuts, no matter how good they are. So needless to say, not the best to bring for a big group (you can hit up the Einstein across the street). They do have the cutest birthday donut, which has "Happy Birthday" written in frosting. Its a great last-minute pickup. I recommend buying a couple, cutting them into pieces and sharing with friends. Youll want to try everything.

Whenever Im near DePaul University, I make a quick trip over to this place and offer myself a treat! The doughnuts here are amazing! The staff is friendly, usually, though I did have one incident which required a terse discussion. The quality, flavor, and variety of creative doughnuts is just simply amazing! This store is literally beneath the El station at Armitage, with paid street parking available nearby. There is an ample seating area, though I have never used it. The store does sere beverages, but Ive never even bothered. Its the amazing doughnuts which bring me here!

These doughnuts are serious! We got a half dozen and the standouts were their old fashioned coffee glazed donut and their vanilla pistachio. Right next to the L in a cute neighborhood, lots of room in the back and love the friendly staff. Their coffee fell really short, however; my mocha tasted thin and burnt with hardly any foam. So unfortunate because the doughnuts are extremely tasty, and you can tell a lot of love and thought went into their creation. Bring the coffee up to snuff and this place would be unbeatable.

Una de las mejores donnunts de la ciudad. Después de las 5 pm tienen 2x1 de las donnuts que sobren, siempre son muy poquitas y casi no tienen variedad a esa hora. Recomendable ir más temprano para poder comprar las de mejor sabor.

Very good donuts, albeit pricey. The selection of flavors, while inventive, is not very extensive. I was very happy with the plain jane apple fritter (red velvet seemed a bit too decadent for me), and the seasonal flavor--pumpkin spice--just didnt do it for me. As a tea drinker, I am delighted that they serve Steven Smith small-batch teas from Portland--with so many good tea options in the area, Id be tempted to walk in with my own if they didnt!

Open till 5, but less than half the menu left at 3. Seems like all the donuts are only baked at the beginning of the day, so anything left after the morning rush is going to be cold and stale by the afternoon. Not to worry, theres a microwave next to the counter for you to zap your 3 dollar donut. For the price I expected more, hell even Dunkin Donuts bakes some fresh ones throughout the day.

The chocolate donut with the chocolate shavings is my favorite - a hit among those who dont even like chocolate because its so creamy and perfectly baked! I love the bright personality of G&I but havent loved any other donut flavor (even the popular ones i.e. Red Velvet). Its a bit pricey too, so I wouldnt go back often. It was all the hype on my first visit but doesnt excite me anymore.

These doughnuts are the stuff I dream of. My personal favorite is the saturday special of the bismarck thats filled with goat cheese, sooooooo tasty! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have great music playing too. The walk up window is handy. Seating inside is a little flourescent so just take your treats with you or walk to Oz Park!

Some of the best donuts in town. I especially like the maple bacon long john. This location tends to sell out by early afternoon, and when that happens, its closed. So dont be surprised if you show up at 2pm and the lights are off. Clearly other people have gotten the message.

Simply the best donuts in Chicago. Personally, this is my favorite Glazed location - it doesnt always have the best selection, but the location is great for a morning stroll around Armitage. Again, though - simply the best donuts in Chicago.
