They have alot to choose from but the customer service was truly horrible. I Stood at the counter waiting for help at the hair section and all the employees were avoiding eye contact with me so they wouldnt have to help me. When my fiance noticed what was going on he got someones attention and when they asked what I wanted, and I told them, the first thing they did was say they didnt have it and walked away Rudely. Other people were staring as they seem to be shocked at how rude they were as well. Embarassed, We asked to speak to a manager as we had never been treated so rudely before, and even the manager was rude, laughing at us and saying how he has been there for years and wasnt going to change anything about his store including the customer service. Could not believe how disgusting these people acted, even the other customers were shocked at how we were Treated. This was not my first time shopping here either, I have been here many times but never interacted with staff before besides when checking out. After today I will NEVER shop here again. If you value customer service, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Omg I dont care about the staffs disposition towards their customers, really cant say much about them because after going to 5 different stores in Broward county (I live in Aventura), stumbled upon them via GPS location (google maps) and they had what I needed in excess. Expression synthetic braiding hair that no one else seemed to carry. These beauty supply stores want to be monopolies which seems extinct nowadays given the number of stores available. They dont refer you to other beauty supply stores because theyd rather you buy what they have in stock than send/refer you to a competitor who may have what you need. I am restlessly eager for my daughter and I to attain shoulder length natural hair so we dont have to keep contributing to the financial exploitation of women of color who depend so heavily on these hair extensions to feel adept to a society where beauty is defined by the texture of ones mane. In the mean time get your hair supplies from this store! Well stocked with fair prices.

They are a very huge warehouse full of hair products. But I believe a lot of the wigs are out dated and overly priced. Certain items such as draw string ponytails for adults and kids I would have thought would have been stocked properly or in stock, but it looks like they found an old box of them or even some that was lost under selves and just threw them on hooks to sell. Sometimes its hard to get help. The store is huge, there should be more help. The owners are more worried about siting at front by the registers and cameras trying to catch someone stealing than to worry about customer shopping satisfaction.

This place locked me in the store. I called the police hoping they would call the owner to let me out. I didnt try to leave out the back door from fear of getting shot. They owner comes to opens the door with the cops and tell the cops to give me a trespass warrant. Im like hes the one who didnt check hes store for customers before leaving. Even if there wasnt a trespass warrant I would not shop here after being accused of wanting to be locked in this crappy store to steal. They police padded me dwn n I had nothing on me. I left all merchandise at the register when I seen I was locked in.

I have come here for years. And when I moved to a different state 3 years ago, I still come in town and rack up on my hair products. They always have every brand I am looking for. I just saw they recently added Jane Carter for natural hair! They have a large array of every item you could possibly think of for hair and weaves. I am pleasantly surprised with their variety each time I come home and rack up on my favorite hair products.

I love going here. The prices are reasonable and they have everything. I go to other beauty supply stores because I live in Hollywood and dont want to take the drive. And I still end up coming here for all my haircair needs. And they also have clothes, shoes, makeup. Everything!!!!! They also have the ladies to do your wigs for you...Awesome

This place is huge with a lot of selections. However, I dread going there because the ladies that work there are so rude and cocky. They hate their jobs, and it shows by the way they treat the customers. I have resorted to ordering most of my beauty supply needs online and going to other supply stores for my immediate needs.

Some of the staff was kinda rude didnt really feel like a valued customer they need to check there glue cuz I brought to bottle n both of them are expired couldnt even do my client head because of that so I feel like money was wasted but they do have good prices n lots of products Ill give them that.

Im all about my natural hair and this place fufills all of my natural hair needs!! I can spend hours perusing through all the different products and brands they have to offer! Great deals and there seems to always be something new on the shelf when I go! Love this place.

Great customer service. Once I walked through the door I was either greeted there or once I looked around. Everything beauty I need is right in there. I drive 30 minutes just to go there because everywhere else are to expensive or dont have want I need.

Love this beauty supply store . they have everything you cab think of, from braiding hair, wigs, hair care products, clothes belts, jewlery, accessories, down to thinks for salon use. They are more affordable then most beauty supply stores.

This place is great! When you you walk into the store, you feel welcomed. Go there and ask for Hady, he we educate you on your product needs and point you in the right direction. The prices arent bad either!
