This place has definitely gone downhill in terms of staff and management. I have been a regular user since it opened, but it has lost its customer-oriented focus. I have recently found it convenient to have large items printed through the Office Depot online service. Yesterday (July 12, 2016) they could not find two of my print orders (out of three) even though they were supposedly done. They had to reprint it! Today (July 13, 2016) I got an email that another order was done. The place was busy so I waited my turn. When I was finally asked if I needed help, I told the guy what I was there to pick up, he and another took a cursory look around and then firmly claimed it wasnt done and that they had not send any such email. I suggested looking up the order number, but the person "helping" me just walked away, went back to his printer, and continued on another print job. When I asked him, "Is that it?" he replied, "Im busy." I came back home, checked the email, found that I was right, and called the store manager. After some time waiting on hold he finally found it and defended his employees as "busy." Really? I am busy too and, guess what, I am the customer. My takeaway is to find another print service. There is virtually no parking there, and I think they are happy to just live off of the hotel business. Fine. Bye-bye.

Called them one evening and asked if they could print a double sided flyer. They said yes, but the guy who does it went home already. I said no problem, it can be done the next day. They said it would be done within an hour of opening at 8 a.m. I received no call or text by 9. So I called them. What ensued was 2 hours of confusion and chaos. They told me three times that "If I submitted the order after closing they wouldnt get it because no one was there at the store." I explained that the internet doesnt close. I had told them it was an online order several times but I dont know where and why there was so much confusion. Suffice it to say, after 2 hours of nothing, most of it them not even able to find my order, then finding it and telling me after all that that the printer was down anyway, I lost an entire morning with these jokers. They told me to call the 800 number and transfer it to another store. I did that and they said they cant transfer to another store. I said fine, cancel it and they said, "well we have to send it to research to find out why it cant be canceled." This company is the WORST. I could not believe how every employee I spoke with was even more clueless than the one before - all the way up to customer service at corporate.

Outstanding shipping service. The team at this branch are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help whenever Ive needed to ship something. They navigate you through the carrier options -- USPS, UPS, or FedEx to find the best option for delivery time or price. They have been especially helpful when Ive had to ship a fragile or irregularly shaped item. Highly recommended for shipping. Great job!

Small store, but with wonderful and helpful staff. Despite its size, the store has all of the basic categories you would expect from an Office Depot. Instead, the size accounts more for the variety of brand options. That said, the store is well staffed and you will not want for customer service. Street parking can be annoying in the area of the store, especially during daily rush hours.

Smaller selection, frequent stock problems, and a less than interested staff make this a non-ideal store. The difficult to access location also is problematic; its great for walkers, but if you have a larger order, there isnt an easy way to get it home.
