While the delivery guys, Eugene and Miguel, were very courteous and professional, and the Ryan the salesman was very helpful without being too pushy, there are several people working here who have no idea what they are doing. They held the 4 new appliances I bought until my kitchen renovation was ready. I called 2 weeks ahead to schedule delivery for Friday, when I was told someone would call the night before to give me a 2 hour window. No one called on Thursday so I called on Fri morning, and was told between 11-1. At 230 I called to see where they were and was told the delivery guy wasnt answering his phone, the girl would keep trying and call me back. No call back. At 330 I called yet again and was told I wasnt scheduled for Friday, but for Saturday. What??? I know I didnt say Saturday because I already had plans for that day that were set in stone. Rescheduled for the following Monday, but again, got no call the night before. Delivery guy showed up at 815 and said he kept getting a busy signal. Not surprising since someone had handwritten the WRONG phone number for him! Then, instead of leaving 4 pieces, he only had the refrigerator. WTF?? So I called the manager of the warehouse and was told the other 3 pieces were hidden. Huh?? He said they get hidden in the computer when a customer picks up a partial order in the store. Great, I didnt pick anything up. No one has any idea why this happened or who screwed up the computer. I was livid and this manager didnt sound like he knew squat, so I went back to the store and spoke to the manager there, Robert. Robert was very nice but not much he could do. So delivery for the other pieces was scheduled for the next day. To top it all off, their truck leaked a huge puddle of oil in my driveway. Prices were good but it was the worst delivery experience ever. Im still so ticked off that I had to take an entire day off work on Friday for no reason.

My husband and I are unhappy with our experience buying a washer and dryer. We picked out the appliances in store and requested new ones versus out of box (stretch and sent version). We were told they would be delivered within 3-4 days. Then two days later we received a call stating that the appliances we wanted were on back order and would not arrive for 2 weeks. Why were We not told this during purchase?! We had already paid for them! So they offered us an upgraded out of box (stretch and dent) model and we agreed, but with some aprehension. It felt like a marketing gimic, but I was tired of going the laundromat. When they arrived the dryer did not work. This is when things went down hill. My husband had a very difficult time receiving assistance and was sent from one person to another on the phone, no one seemed to be able to assist us.They kept trying to say it must be out electical system...we live in a brand new house! We still have no dryer and its been over a week. We have spent over $1,000 and waited over a week and still cant do laundry. Right now we are in the process of appealing everything and trying to have our broken dryer replaced. I wish we just went to Lowes or Home Depot, because its pretty irritating to have to go to the laundromat after spending so much money on a washer and dryer....We will definitely be taking our businesses else where in the future.

My first dryer was dropped so I had to set up re-delivery. On the second try the delivery team did not call me before they showed up at my house. I wasnt given any warning. I wasnt shown how to operate the dryer and when I tried it myself it didnt work properly. I tried to call the delivery team to see if it was something i was doing wrong and they did not pick up or return my call. SO, ANOTHER delivery time was set up for a new dryer to be installed. On the 3rd delivery with the new machine, I again, wasnt called and I was lucky my roommate was home because they gave no call to let me know they were on they way. I am past frustrated. Matt the manager did get the replacement set up on the new machine and I appreciate his help but the communication with his delivery crew is below average. This process wasted at minimum 6 hours of my life and left me with no working dryer for a few weeks. **** Update. The 3rd dryer delivered doesnt work. I was told they could send out a servicer to work on it. It has been over a month with no working dryer and only horrid customer service. ALSO - they told me there would be a rebate for the delivery fee. This rebate offer had expired the month before so that was a lie too. I am SO FRUSTRATED with this company. I honestly will never go back and I will tell all of my friends and family the same. I just want my money back.

In June 2014 we moved out-of-state to Wyoming. We purchased a new set of Samsung appliances for our new home - range, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. They are certainly glad to take your money and they did deliver the appliances to Casper, WY. 2 weeks ago my induction stove/range quit working. The communication error code will not clear. After speaking with Samsung numerous times, they finally sent a repairman last week along with a part. It was the wrong part, the repairman is not even sure what is wrong with it, he ordered more parts and they will not be in until January 2015. I will be over a month without a stove and for the holidays! UGH! It is ridiculous since we have only had it for 6 months. We called Appliance Factory Outlet where we purchased the appliances. We were on hold forever, then they did not return our phone call, and when we were finally able to speak to the store manager about our problem, he informed us it is not THEIR problem, we have to deal with Samsung directly and that Samsung offered us a solution. The solution sucks and this is ridiculous!! They were certainly GLAD to take our money, but sure not willing to help since it is now OUR problem.. We will NEVER buy from Appliance Factory Outlet again NOR Samsung appliances. Not acceptable!

I purchased a new fridge at a discount due to some minor scratches that were hardly noticeable. They have a few different ratings ranging from A to C and ours was a “B”. We were happily surprised how minor they were and got a good deal. The discount was good but not as great as it appeared in the store. They had it marked up to around $1200 and we stole it at about $750 after taxes. I come to find out that you can get the same exact one from a major retailer in town for around $900 on sale, so we still got a discount, but they did make it seem like more at the time. However we were happy still. The salesman Jerry was good and he made sure to take care of us the whole way through. My complaint is the amount we paid for the delivery. They give you a rebate which I don’t like because it takes a long time. We paid over $100 to have it delivered and the old one taken away when others do it for free. We do live over 30 miles away from there so they tacked on more for the delivery. But on another plus side, the delivery guys were great also. Thank you Gene and Miguel for a really good delivery experience. I would still purchase appliances from them, but probably haul it myself to avoid the delivery charges is all.
