Be very careful here and make sure to call Corporate to confirm pricing. I spoke to corporate first and was quotes a $20/month line fee plus around $30/month for an iphone 7 with no other fees or upfront cost. The $30/month was the full $700 or so for the phone divided by 24 monthly payments. They told me there would be promos in February for Valentines Day so I should hold off and check around then. So today, Feb 3, I was in PB and popped into this store to check it out. "Lucky you came in today!," said Mat "one of the managers". "Corporate allowed us to extend a promo an extra 3 days ending today! For just $20/month for line fee plus around $30/month for your phone plus a one time $149 fee you can walk out today." "So whats the promotion", I asked. Matt explained that the $149 was the promo and tomorrow that fee goes to $299. I explained that corporate didnt mention any similar fee and buying direct from Apple also leaves out this fee. Mat assured me that Apple would have some other fees making their phone more expensive and that Verizon corporate outsources their help so they must not know what theyre talking about. So I called corporate back and they reconfirmed their prices without any up front $149 or $299 fee. They had no idea what that fee was for. So I told Mat what I learned and left. Another manager followed me into the parking lot and offered to meet the corporate price to save me the trouble of having to go elsewhere or call and order. I asked multiple times for him to explain the $149 or $299 fee and he kept dodging the question and trying to make a sale, offering to match corporates price. I left and called corporate to report the store, whereupon the tech on the phone confirmed that this was an unknown fee that they are entitled to charge at this store, but she had no idea what it was for. Be careful here and confirm any pricing or promos because they lied and disparaged corporate to charge me $149 up front that I never would have paid with either Apple or Corporate.

Absolutely terrible experience at this store. Our sales associate, Chasity Shields, directly lied to our faces multiple times, claiming that we had to take a very expensive bundle of a case, cord, and screen protector that we did not want in order to avoid a (nonexistant) $200 upgrade fee. We were in a rush to get a new phone since ours had been lost while on vacation, and while Chasity was friendly to our faces we left feeling lied to and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise ANYONE against going to this store, which is NOT a Verizon corporate store but a third party retailer. Save yourself the time and hassle by going to a real Verizon store. If you must go to this location, make sure to be very firm with the sales people. They will try to misdirect and confuse you if they dont lie to your face. Do NOT accept any "free" extras, no matter how they explain it.

Return policy was not explained honestly. While on vacation, I bought a new phone and wanted to return it a week later because I wanted a different phone. When I returned home, I went to a different Verizon store where I was informed that the switch had to be made in person, at one of the retailers offices where I bought the phone. Unfortunately, there are no offices for the retailer in my state. So the policy of being able to change the phone you buy is not always true. And if the retailer is more interested in making the sale than in customer service, they might not explain the return policy. They saw I lived in a different state. Now Im stuck with the phone I did not really want. I am disappointed that Verizon would allow this type of unethical misrepresentation of their services.

I ran into Verizon on my lunch break in hopes of getting a new phone and being placed on a friends plan. Since my phone was essentially destroyed, Rashaad let me login to iCloud from the store desktop to retrieve my friends phone number. Well my friend never answered, an Rashaad suggested that I apply for service myself. I did an he was very helpful in setting up my service efficiently seeing as I was on a time constraint. Unfortunately the phone I wanted wasnt at that particular location an I had to leave to clock back in at work. Rashaad went out of his way to get the phone I wanted from another store and dropped it off at my job! Rashaad earned my business an I will be shopping with him for my phone accessories.

Avoid this store like the plague!!!. I upgraded to an S7 and the sales person, DeAndre Freeman, on check out placed four things into my bag. (1) Skull Candy Headphones - $20 (2). ZipKord Micro USB Cable - $24 (3) another zip cord - $34 and (4) Gadget Black Ice S7 case - $50. I thought it was all free because I never asked for any of it nor wanted it. IT WAS NOT FREE!!! To my shock, when I looked at the receipt I had been billed for all of it. Do not let them, especially DeAndre Freeman, throw things into your bag on check out because they are charging you for them. Look at your receipt!!

Buyer BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS VERIZON STORE! Deceitful practices and the liar Dade Stull who not only jacked up unwanted services on my daughters phone, he said he canceled an unwanted jet pack, and 6 months later I found out he didnt and Ive been charged monthly on the item. Theres so many things this unscrupulous guy did, theres not enough room to state it all. There has to be better Verizon stores in San Diego, but this one should be reported and put out of business. They give Verizon a bad name.

Great customer service!!! I dropped my work phone Thursday night and ran to Verizon ... Yousuf and Elmir were closing the store and they both stayed over an hour late to help me. Yousuf was so kind, patient and helpful while speaking to my difficult father over the phone and explaining everything. I genuinely appreciated both of their help and the fact they cared. They went the extra mile. I will 100% be recommending this location to my friends.

This is by far the worst Verizon store in San Diego. I walked in and there was no one else there yet it took a good 10 minutes before anyone approached me and asked if I needed help. I saw other employees goofing around and they were even swearing at one point. You are at your job, how hard is it to act professional when a customer is around? I will never be coming back to this location again.

I thought the switch from sprint to Verizon would be hard. But I was helped by Rashaad. He was very helpful, understanding, and very professional. If this is your local Verizon store go a ask for him he will take great care of you. Thanks again Rashaad.

Staff was friendly but like most up sells products and lacks focus on overall customer experience. Even tried to double back on my choices when I had issues the following day. Never been a huge fan of Verizon to begin with either
