I greatly appreciate the variety of products available at this location. I had been asked to acquire many household and kitchen items for use by a special class of kids at a local elementary school. I was able to get almost all of the items on my list. More importantly to them, I was able to get a wide range of colours, sizes and styles of those items. The staff with whom I interacted were very courteous and professional.

LOVE the store here in Springfield TN.but the customer service sucks you go in usually only one register is being used the line is backed up its in the aisle there is usually about four workers in there one running the register and the other three just standing there or talking to the one that is checking people out slowing them down that is my vent for today

Has some good stuff and deals. But, its like any other store. You need to know prices in the area. The staff was very professional and it was clean.

Personally liked the old one better. Easier to find things and not as scattered. Cashiers arent very social either.
