I went I went in Sunday to acquire a purchase. Everything was fine until I looked at my bank account this morning. They charged me twice, which isn’t a big deal. The problem arose when the manager tells me I need to call customer service to address this issue. She said, and I quote “it’s not like I can give you your money back or anything”. Really? They sell nice things for your home furniture and everything u would need to furnished your home and they are cheap also the only thing is all locations have different things my favorite is charlotte pk.that location has lot more furniture and things its a bigger store

Discount store for household goods. Has everything from spoons to mattresses, and everything in between! Also has some food items, and personal items such as makeup and hair accessories. Employees have always been friendly, and its in a decent part of town!

The customer service there is equivalent to the service youd expect in a Boutique. The manager has to be amazing because the employees provide bend over backwards exceptional service. These are people who demonstrate the their appreciation for your business.
