Be careful using this store!!!!! They will double charge your card and when you bring it to their attention they take all your information and say they will let you know when it is corrected BUT you have to keep calling them back. THEN when you call them back they say it can take days to refund your money because the corporate office has to correct the error. They have no problem taking your money but refunding it when THEY did the error seems to be a problem. My days of shopping at this store have now ended ( I was a regular who shopped their weekly) and I want to make sure everyone knows that they do these things. It wouldnt be that big of a deal if it was only a few dollars but when it is over $100.00 and now having to move money around to make sure my bills dont bounce is a MAJOR problem, and they dont seem to care at all. They dont even care to call you back and apologize for the error. I always round up thinking I am helping someone out BUT now all that has changed as well. Their are plenty other thrift stores that will now be getting my business rather than goodwill. Yes I am furious and will be notifying the BBB as well about these practices.

The Springfield store is one of my favorite. Its clean, most of the staff is pretty friendly. I am a regular customer just sometimes I feel like by the looks the workers give me (what are you doing here). But I continue to shop at this store.

This is one of my Fav. Goodwill stores to go to. My children can go with me and the staff are pleasant. I have found some great buys there and it it is never super crowded, plenty of room to shop and LOTS of great treasures to be discovered!

I have been in Goodwill stores in several cities and States. My hometown goodwill is the best organized. It could be cleaner at times, but I know they try. The workers are very friendly and busy.
