I wish I could leave zero stars. Whoever the large girl is with the trashy homemade blue hair she made this location loose customers today. I stood with my family for a few minutes waiting for someone to assist me and nothing so we look around the corner and she had her back to us on a chair reading a book she looked over her shoulder at us and went back to reading so I walked off. If she was on break then fine but someone needs to cover her while she reads her Harry Potter or whatever pitiful novel was more important than doing her job. I wish there was a higher customer service standard for Starbucks.

Theyre always rushing over there so the coffee is never truly to Starbucks quality, then today I get one and apparently the woman in her mad rush failed to put the lid on the whole way so I basically paid 5 dollars for a no stained cup. So I call and basically get told oh that sucks. Then I call a REAL Starbucks down the road and the guy says theyre not affiliated with that one target owns them but if I would have gone to his store and bought it theyd hand me a new coffee. I will NEVER give those assholes another dollar and warn anyone going to that one. Go to a real Starbucks people

Paid almost $10 for 2 large coffees. The service was ok and its a nice place but I wont go back because for $10 I can buy a huge can of coffee and dreamer from the grocery store. Their prices are outrageous!!!
