Took my nephews first deer to c & f to have it processed since it was the closest place. As we looked at the menu, we noticed that they offered a European mount for a fair price. He decided to have it done there so it would save us a trip to the taxidermist. Got a call a few days later saying that the European mount was ready. We were excited to pick it up, when we got there, the guy walked behind the building to a trailer which is where they took the deer when we dropped it off. The guy came out with the head which was obviously sitting in the trailer since we dropped it off. The head had only been cut off the deer. Nothing else. It was rotting at this point and you could smell it a mile away. They charged me to cut the head off. I looked in the trailer and it had deer piled up in there along with the smell. Horrible experience! I will never do business here again!

I called around to local "butcher shops" to find a great quality meat for Christmas. Every single one of them could not tell me exactly where they got their beef from. Then I called C & F and the "F" answered the phone. Fred told me while he wasnt open today for retail he was there working so come on by and show me where the beef was from. He gave me a tour, showed me where the meat was processed, and even let me inspect the equipment. This guy is serious about his livelihood and I would feel remiss if I ever bought my meat from anyone else. I cannot wait to try some of the other cuts and animals. I didnt move to Tennessee to buy my meat from a Kroger.

I will never use C&F AGAIN!!! It took 3 hours to drop a hog off they said it would be ready in 2 weeks and it has been 4 weeks and they say maybe next week. I hate the people, I do not know how this place remains in business. They are by far the most dysfunctional meat processor i have ever had to deal with!!! The 3 hours i was waiting to drop my hog off (with no one else in front of me) I was talking to the USDA inspector and said that they are always got their head up their ass. Said they are not far from getting the USDA pulled from them.

I dropped off a deer for processing on 11/22/16 and it took them to 1/13/16 to get it done. I called a few times throughout the process and left messages but they never would call me back. I finally got ahold of someone but they lost my deer and found it a few days later. It was a horrible experience from start to finish and Ill never use C&F Meat Company again for anything, I dont recommend them for deer processing at all.

Went by last Monday, I believe it was Fred who helped us, he schooled me on meats and pretty much told me everything and anything about good healthy meats. Ill be going back, everything we bought was FRESH and tasted better than anything you could get at the grocery stores.
