I never find anything at Old Navy. I know many people that have great luck at Old Navy but I am not one of them. Over hyped in my own personal experience. I wish I could have the luck I see others have had. Customer service seems to be good. It is a nice looking store I just cannot find items for me.

Waited in line for 12 minutes with three people ahead and two behind me while two other associates were busy meddling around organizing at the other end of the register block. Poor service anyone should have quickly opened a register when they saw the line.
