This was the 2nd jewelry store I stopped at to look at engagement rings. Staff was very friendly but we told them we really like the diamonds on the Leo collection at Kay more but it was a bit out of the price range I wanted to spend. The lady told me they were sold out of Leo but I could trade it in down the road towards one if we wanted to. Ended up buying the ring and went home and randomly looked at the Leo diamonds again on Kays wesite. Went to Zales site and THEY DONT CARRY THEM. So glad I found this out now so I returned it. Shame I ran my credit and opened a new credit card for nothing. Ended up buying the more expensive ring at Kays and wont do business with Zales ever again even though they are owned by the same company.
