Jeremy and Kyle were wonderful delivering the items to me promptly and without complaint. Moreover, both helped provide useful input on placement of furniture and office design. customer service was pretty good, but from payment to receiving the office chairs was horrible. from loading to shipment to the chairs arrving at our office they were no help. broke a few chairs on the way and was told it wasnt there problem. use someone else
