I was just in purchasing a new phone system for my office. When I arrived at the cash register the phone I thought I was purchasing rang up $50 more. When we went back to discover why that might be, it was determined that the tag below the phone I wanted did not apply to the phone I was attempting to purchase. Rather than match the price, which is proper customer service, the manager copped an attitude with me and told me that it was clearly marked at the correct price bellow where I grabbed the phone from. I have a fairly sizeable account with staples and do a couple of thousand of dollars in office supplies for my office each year. I will no longer be doing business with staples and will take my business elsewhere. Due to the managers unwillingness to compromise over $50. Customer service is paramount, if I miss priced I service in my office it would be honored no questions asked. The only reason this is not a 1 star is the store associates where very appologetic. -Dr. J

Pretty good customer service. They helped me track down a clearance chair in another store that they only had the floor model left in their store (they must have called 5 places for me). Staples has a good rewards program and will price match competitors.

Waited 20 minutes to get any help with printers and not one person even bothered to say hello. Had every intention of buying. Also their selection was very poor.
