i bought pavers from this company,gave them the size and dimension but when the pavers were delivered the following week,everything was different not as the same as i had ordered.when i called them,they told me there is nothing they can do and that they can cancel the order which was going to cost me 20% of handling charges according to their policy.Now am left with something i dont like and didnt order.Infact am really disappointed and wouldnt recommend anybody to buy from them.also,their customer service is very very poor!

This place is for professionals like contractors and builders but they are very nice and happy to work directly with homeowners like me that dont know anything. Way better help and information than the big box stores, probably because they have been there doing that for over 100 years. Highly recommended.

I ordered a door for my kitchen.When i received the door it was the wrong style. When i addressed the issue they would not echange the door or return my money. Beware of ordering anything from Viola Brothers.
