Last summer I purchased around $8k in decking materials from them. It was a custom order some materials had to be returned or additionally ordered. Beyond the initial order which was simple, they had real problems managing any sort of return or re-order. I had to order the same set of screws from them twice. I have received the run-around, but not the screws. I finally found another lumber yard in the area that is willing to make the custom order.

Terrible. Found out they totally misquoted the lumber order in order to win the job. Then after I purchased and found out a lot was missing, they wouldnt take it back. They ended up being 20% more expensive than the next highest competitor. Would have done better to buy everything from home depot. Their customer service is the worst and their lack of response is frustrating at best!
