I dont understand where you hire your staff, and you make that much money that you dont need to have good or any customer service. You should fire everyone and start over its obvious that no one cares. I asked one of the guys behind the counter a question and he just looked at me and said read the pamphlet. The other guy just laughed. Do they know anything about the products they are supposed to be selling.i went home Depot and the representative answered all my questions and even wrote on the receipt that if the product was not correct to come back for full refund. No thats service.

If there was an option for zero stars, they would get it. The staff at the counter was beyond rude and more busy with eating his lunch. Came in to get mortar and was handed a color chart to later tell me what Ive chosen and half he other selections he doesnt have. I asked if anyone else would have it and he said no and brushed me off. Ruse establishment! Do not waste your time here.

Zero stars for customer service. I purchased jointing sand Saturday 8/8/15. I did not open nor use the bag. Tried to return the bag Tuesday 8/11/15 and was told flat out "sorry we dont take back sand." Never purchasing an item from them again. Its no wonder people go to The Home Depot/Lowes. Better return policies and overall customer service.
