Terrible customer service here. We worked with them on bath hardware for our master bath remodeling project. We wanted high quality hardware, and ended up with the worst junk product (Jaclo) I have ever seen. They dont know the product they are selling, and dont make any effort to help homeowners who dont know all the questions to ask to make sure fit and function will be right. One simple example - our shower arm was too short. In hindsight, we should have checked the length to make sure it would fit...but thats why you go to a local store to get the help, advice, and guidance on what to look for, what to measure, and how to spec everything properly. At every turn they proved that they just dont care about the customer. Never would recommend this outfit to anyone who wants helpful advice and service in choosing and ordering hardware.

I called up to order a replacement soap dispenser pump made by blanco. The salesman said why dont you call the manufacturer because its probably under warranty. If they wont we can order one for you. Sure enough I called Blanco and they said they would ship one out under warranty. That saved me from having to pay for the part. Most stores would have tried to sell me the part. That was great customer care. Thanks

I found the most adorable animal knobs for the closet doors in my sons bedroom at Moe! He loves them and they are so much more unique than anything you could find in your local superstore. I recommend checking out Moe if you want to get something that stands out from the crowd.
