Dishonest business practices. Stay away. Most of the jewelry they sell is from the gold they buy at a very low rate and then they sell it for very high prices as NEW. Owner claims Im writing a "semi-anonymous " review whatever that is. This business is not to be trusted in any area of their "business practices" and if you ask anyone in the area they will agree! STAY AWAY!

After checking out the Bayville location I had to see Tuckerton for myself. Perfect place to go to if you love antique and estate jewelry! Both locations conveniently change your watch battery as you wait!! The staff is nothing but knowledgable and very polite. Definitely bringing the rest of my dead watches to be cleaned and repaired.

Worst Customer service!!!!!! The lady who is always there is sooooo Rude!!! Ya know it takes more effort to be mean then it does to put a smile on. Doesnt honor coupons on repairs,Insainely OVERPRICED!!!! come on really $10.00 per earring back, thats really nervy. No wonder no one is ever in that store!!!
