Great people, very reasonable price! The rear tire of my Dutch bicycle got punctured. I googled and found this dealer. They offer surprisingly low labor rate. For example, they charge only $10 for replacing both tire and tube. Considering my Dutch bike is notoriously difficult to remove the rear wheel, which might take me 2-3 hours on my own. However, they still charge the flat rate labor, which is close to the rate in China. They also give flat rate for all parts like tires. You wont get a better rate even from Amazon. Everyone there is very friendly. I would give them extra star if there was such option. Highly recommending!

Jeez, Ive been going to the Bicycle Rack for about 7 years now. We have purchased 2 hybrids, 2 roadies and now a hard tail Bianchi 29er MTB. Not to mention the numerous people I have recommended go there and buy bikes. Why? Because Van has always been fair and when you say "mom and pop" shop he is the epitome of that term. He is never a hard sale, but hell make recommendations and probe without you really realizing it! If youre in the market for a bike youd be foolish not to stop in and speak with Van or John for that matter.

Great experience here. Bought a bike online and as many websites and forums mentioned, everyone recommended getting new shipped bikes assembled/tuned at a bike shop. These guys did both for a VERY good price and had the bike ready in one day. I had called around other bike shops in the area were charging $20-$30 more and said their turn around time was a WEEK. 5 stars here. Thanks

Great place to shop. Special order items arrive quickly. Outstanding customer service and all their products are top quality. With Sunday hours and some late nights, it is a perfect place to buy bicycle, parts, or get repairs done. Staff is friendly and takes time to educate the consumer or a variety of products to find the best match for your needs.

Not surprised all reviews written earlier are 5 star. Its a great shop, reasonable prices and very friendly owner Van and, John as well. Serviced my hybrid this week,great job! Van also upsold me a pump accessory ever so subtly. And offered to load up my bike and in the process taught me a trick or two on bike assembly

I highly recommend Bicycle Rack in Hightstown NJ. Excellent turnout time. I always get my wheels trued there. Most of the work can be done either on the spot or picked up later in the day. The people are super friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
