When I first went to American furniture to make as purchase only one sales man was there so I left. I came back the next day and made a purchase everything was ok. When they delivered my bedroom set they were very nice I even tipped them. But I was responsible for getting rid of all the boxes from the delivery and they left them on my front porch. Never in my life have I had a furniture company not take the boxes from a delivery. I will never buy anything from this store again!!!

Walked in, no associate was within sight. Walked around for a few and found an item that I wanted to purchase after about 20 mins of sitting on the item a salesmen came out at this time I asked if he was the only one working as he was assisting someone else. With his forehead scrunched up he said "Ill get to you in a minute". My response "dont bother". Worst customer service. Please visit if you want to waste your time and get no help.

Worst experience shopping for furniture. Love the selections but the staff there are rude, unhelpful, and give very snarky remarks. Not only that but they advertise to allow for rentals with no credit check... But in actuality they check your credit without you know. Do not go here unless you are ready for high blood pressure and a lower credit score

Bought an Ashley Industries sofa set a year and half ago. The quality was good. Aamer was helpful and assisted throughout the entire process. When it came to price, he wasnt any less helpful. I recommend it.
