A withering store in a dying mall. It does have excellent sales (check your flyers and online circulars) though, and long lines and staff service are not a problem. Hope they survive, but the one thing I used to count on (Craftsman Tools) are fading out as a source for me, and now you have fewer in store options. The hardware department is a mere shadow of itself. Example? You need a particular socket for your situation... used to be you could just stop in and pick one up. Now, you have to by the set and thats even if they have it. Still a good place to shop and buy major appliances.

I was robbed in Philadelphia and the robbers used my card to make purchases at this store. Unsure about the quality of its staff as I never signed my credit cards. Fortunately, authorities are working in this case and I looking forward to meeting them again and pointing them out.

THE BURLINGTON NJ SEAR IS THE WORDS SERVICES THAT PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE SO UNRESPECTFUL THEY DONT HAVE MANER TO TREAT PEOPLE THAT MANAGERS ARE SO ARROGANT LIKE I SAY THEY DONT NOT HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER

The Burlington NJ Sears is great. Staff is usually pleasant n willing to help, as well the store is always clean and easy to maneuver around. Best of all the best deals for the selection available.

I have enjoyed personal service from smiling employees in the yard/garden/housewares department at this Sears. It is one of the better Sears stores for customer service.
