What an experience....dont get me wrong, i love going to pawn america to buy DVDs and other interesting items they may have.And i dont usually go to this Pawn America, Thats right.....THIS ONE

Very poor service. I was standing by the mobile cell phone case and a Salesman finally walks up to me, sees some junk on top of the case that I am not even looking at and asks, "Are you going to buy this?" I say no and tell him the kind of phone I am looking for, they dont have it so I move on to look at headphones which are also behind the counter. 3 different Salesmen walk past and ignore me 9 or 10 times. Finally the same Salesman that didnt help me before is close enough to ask for help, he says he is busy and will back in a second while the other 2 goons are just standing in the backroom doing nothing.

I went there for 5 years until a white manager took over. I wanted to pick up my pawn. When they were charging me an extra month and I asked to speak to a manager he had me waiting for 30 minutes and I was huge and pregnant. All he was doing was shoveling the sidewalk. Then he came in said no with an attitude and walked away about 6 seconds. Complete douchebag. I made a complaint with district manager. Which didnt do much. I use to shop there but after that have not been back since.

Josh is an amazing employee he goes above and beyond his normal duties at the store.... he makes this location one of the best stores... the other employees are also really good but I cant remember their names... this store has alot to offer and really good deals and if you need to Pawn they will make you the best offer that you can get at a pawn shop... I am happy to be a valued customer at this store... thanks guys!!!

First time walking into the pawn shop, was immediately greeted upon entrance. Associates were very helpful. Sly, the Associate who assisted me, was very engaging and informative. He was willing to work with our expectations as far as negotiating fair prices. overall good atmosphere, will definitely recommend even if its your first time! go see my guy Sly!!

They are so uneducated about fine jewelry its almost laughable. I took a platinum diamond ring in here just to see what they would offer. They told me my platinum wasnt real but my diamond was. So they said theyd buy the diamond but not the platinum. So a jeweler put a big real diamond in some fake platinum? NEVER BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE

the employees dont know much about jewelry. Told me that the gold setting of a ring was not real gold but the diamond was real. does that make sense? i think they just wanted to get the gold for free or something. had to stand in line next to a guy pawning his microwave. it smelled really bad.

Josh and Ray are the best! They know their stuff, and even if you dont get the price you may want they always send you away with a smile. They offer pretty much everything you can imagine for sale at reasonable prices, and are always helpful. This is the only pawn shop I recommend.

If you buy a computer from them they will ALWAYS forget to give you the password, and when you call them to ask for it they will tell you to "bring it back in to the store to figure it out" This happened twice to me.

One of the worst experiences I have had. The staff are rude and inexperienced. The store is way to crowed to walk through. Never going to this Pawn America location ever again. The robinsdale store is much better
